My anytime touchdown scorer predictions for Saturday's Houston Texans vs. Los Angeles Chargers game feature Quentin Johnston, Nico Collins, and Justin Herbert. 

The Chargers are the 1.5-point betting favorite for the game, taking place at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif. (4:30 p.m. ET, CBS). Both teams are excellent defensively, so touchdowns might be at a premium. A few players' TD prospects stand out, though, which I highlight as part of the NFL predictions for Week 17.

Quentin Johnston, WR, Chargers (+300) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Johnston scored a touchdown in two of the previous three games and leads the team with eight scores.

Of the Chargers' 34 offensive TDs, 25 have come through the air. While the Texans are strong defensively on the ground and in the air, they are slightly more susceptible in the latter category, where they have allowed 17 TDs. A winning $10 bet at DraftKings will profit $30 on a winning $10 bet.

Nico Collins, WR, Texans (+170) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Collins leads the Texans with six TDs, and he scored two against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 15.

While the Chargers are more susceptible to allowing a rushing TD, I'm not confident enough in Houston's backfield. Collins offers a constant threat for C.J. Stroud, and half of his scores this season have come on the road. In addition, the Chargers allowed two pass TDs to the Dallas Cowboys in Week 16.

Justin Herbert, QB, Chargers (+650) ⭐⭐⭐

There's always a chance Herbert will storm into the end zone. While he's only done it twice this season, one was last week against the Cowboys in Dallas. 

The Texans have allowed 11 rushing TDs, which is tied for the seventh-fewest. However, opposing dual-threat quarterbacks have had some success against Houston, particularly in the open field. And the Texans' defense is usually so elite that there is a good chance Herbert will have no other option but to take off.
