There are no Cinderellas left playing in the NCAA Tournament, with only one double-digit seed and no teams from mid-major conferences making the Sweet 16. But that doesn’t mean there cannot be upsets today or Friday.

We took a deep dive through the NCAA Tournament bracket and analyzed all eight of this week's Sweet 16 matchups to come up with our best March Madness Sweet 16 upset picks & parlay. Not only are we making individual moneyline wagers on these three picks, but we are also adding them to a three-leg parlay as part of our March Madness predictions.

🚨 No. 6 BYU over No. 2 Alabama

The point spread has moved away from BYU since early in the week, as the Cougars have gone from +4.5 to +5.5. But I think the public is overestimating the talent disparity between these teams, and BYU is a live underdog because of how similarly it plays to Alabama. 

BYU will not mind getting up-and-down with Alabama, and the Cougars are built to expose the Crimson Tide’s defensive inefficiencies. Alabama has allowed 90-plus points in five of its last 11 games.

BYU has won and covered its last six games when both teams score 80-plus points, so this is a rare case where a track meet should not necessarily favor the Crimson Tide.

Arkansas is responsible for knocking out the only top-two seed in the NCAA Tournament thus far, and it now looks to eliminate the third No. 3 seed. The Razorbacks have arguably been the most resilient team in the country. They made the Sweet 16 after starting 0-5 in SEC play, all while navigating injuries to Boogie Fland (missed two months) and leading scorer Adou Thiero.

Arkansas overcame a 2-for-19 shooting performance from 3-point range while finishing with just 10 assists to score 75 points and average 1.10 points per possession against one of the nation’s top defenses in St. John’s.

Now John Calipari’s squad gets four days to prepare for a similarly structured defensive team in Texas Tech. The more a healthier Arkansas squad can play together, the more dangerous the Razorbacks become.

🚨 No. 6 Ole Miss over No. 2 Michigan State

Since Feb. 26, Ole Miss has only suffered three losses, and they've all come against No. 1 seeds in Auburn (twice) and Florida. But it has also beaten two teams in that span still alive in the NCAA Tournament in Tennessee and Arkansas.

How the Rebels come into this game battle-tested from a rugged SEC should pay huge dividends in how they compete with Tom Izzo’s squad. The Spartans’ fast pace should not bother Chris Beard’s team - especially after the Rebels held the nation’s top-scoring team, Alabama, to a season-low 64 points on the road.

Ole Miss is currently playing its best basketball, shooting 49% as a team from 3-point range through its first two NCAA Tournament games. The Rebels should also have more crowd support with this game in SEC country in Atlanta.
