The Sky are the worst team in the WNBA, despite the fact they're one game better than the Connecticut Sun. Angel Reese and company now have the worst average point differential in the WNBA (minus-11) and are in the middle of a 1-13 stretch. In the second half of the season, New York hasn't looked like the same team that started 9-0, especially since losing Stewart to a knee injury that is expected to keep her out at least another week. Still, the Liberty are far superior to the Sky, who have failed to cover in 12 of their last 14 games.
Chicago just doesn't have the offense to keep up with the Liberty, as it is last in points per game (75.3) and second-to-last in offensive rating (97.4). Meanwhile, New York remains one of the most lethal offensive teams in the league, even during this ugly stretch. Thanks to Ionescu and Jonquel Jones, the Liberty still are third in points per game (86.4) and second in offensive rating (108.9).
Those two, along with Emma Meesseman and Natasha Cloud should expose a Sky defense that's second-worst in the league by defensive rating (111.6), as they are giving up 86.3 points per game. The two previous times these teams have played this season, New York covered as an 11.5-point favorite and a 16.5-point favorite.

Chicago is allowing the second-most threes per game this season (9.6) and the second-highest 3-point percentage to opponents (36.8%). Ionescu is sixth in the WNBA in made 3-pointers per game (2.3).
