The WNBA's two biggest powers, and two biggest stars, take the court tonight when A'ja Wilson and the Las Vegas Aces host Breanna Stewart and the New York Liberty at 10 p.m. ET (USA Network, WNBA League Pass) from Michelob ULTRA Arena in Las Vegas.
Las Vegas is a 2-point betting favorite at home and my Liberty vs. Aces prediction projects them to hand New York its third straight loss.

🏆 Who will win Liberty vs. Aces?
This is the No. 2 team in the Eastern Conference vs. the No. 2 team in the Western Conference, but they're trending in different directions. New York has struggled with continuity in Chris DeMarco's first season as head coach and has lost two straight games. Meanwhile, Wilson is once again at an MVP-level for Vegas and should be the difference for her team at home. I'm projecting the Aces to win by five.
Score prediction: Aces 90, Liberty 85
💰 Liberty vs. Aces prediction & best bet
Aces -2 (-115)
Despite finally getting healthy, the Liberty have been wonky. Sabrina Ionescu hasn't looked like herself, and Satou Sabally has been sporadic on her new team ... and that just won't cut it against Las Vegas' offense.
Led by Wilson, the Aces are putting up 90.1 PPG and sit top three in offensive rating (112.1), effective field-goal percentage (54.9%), assist rate (69.2%), and turnover rate (16%).
With Jackie Young and Chelsea Gray on the perimeter and Wilson inside, New York will have a tough time slowing Becky Hammon's team. The Liberty have allowed 95-plus points in two of their last three.
🔥 Best Liberty vs. Aces player prop bet
A'ja Wilson to record a double-double (-113)
Wilson already holds the record for WNBA MVPs (four), and she should be adding to her trophy shelf at the end of this season. She's already a -210 favorite to win her fifth MVP and is the only player in the league averaging more than 20 PPG and nine RPG.
The 29-year-old has been a double-double machine this season, especially as of late. Since May 23, Wilson has put up seven double-doubles across 11 games while averaging 25.7 PPG and 10.6 RPG during that stretch.
With New York's defense struggling, it's going to have a tough time stopping the W's leader in PER (31.8), win shares (3.4), and usage rate (32.5%).
🚀 Liberty vs. Aces same-game parlay
Wilson is a force, and she's helped the Aces cover in six of their last nine games. When she's at her best, Las Vegas tends to win, and the Liberty have been trending in the wrong direction.
