Webb's strikeout projection ranges from 4.24 over 5 1/3 innings to 5.5 Ks over 5 2/3 innings. That bigger number would make this Under better than 23% +EV, while the smaller one is closer to 53%. The average is 4.87, which makes this 39.46% +EV.
