Guy Fieri Latest Celebrity to Make Sports Gambling Headlines
Food Network personality and celebrity chef Guy Fieri is launching a restaurant inside the soon-to-open Caesars Sportsbook at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks.

It is just another example of the growing interconnectivity of sports betting and popular culture.
Caesars will have a two-story sportsbook with five betting kiosks, including both indoor and outdoor seating. Add the wall-to-wall televisions and full-service bar, and there's a lot to be excited about for sports bettors visiting Chase Park.
The restaurant will be located in the space previously used by Game 7 Grill, and it will be open year-round. Previously, the Game 7 Grill was only available in unison with Diamondback's home games and private events.
"We believe this is a rare and exciting opportunity for individuals who are driven to deliver a high-quality, high-service dining experience for guests and sports fans," said Diamondbacks President & CEO Derrick Hall. "This is a chance to get in on the ground level of a unique, fresh and fun concept in food, gaming and baseball at Chase Field."
Famous for his traveling food show "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" Fieri has visited more than 30 Arizona restaurants, and last year, Flavortown Kitchen launched five locations in the state.
Fieri is the latest in a string of celebrities and pop culture influencers to make headlines in the sports gambling sphere.
After all, in just the past two weeks, we've seen a fake Simpsons meme driving Super Bowl LVI betting, increased popularity of novelty wagers, and Canadian Rapper Drake throwing down huge Bitcoin-backed bets on the championship game.
