Adding this because I'm not sold on Monaco being this big a favorite on hard courts after beating Stepanek who was obviously having some shoulder issues that really lmited him. Haas is about as fresh as anyone at this point. They met just a few weeks ago in Cincy when Haas was struggling to get his act together after the long layoff. I think this is much closer than the odds indicate and that presents the dreaded V word for Haas. FU Tennis Gawds, I'm still coming after your asses.

Ya especially since Fedderer has not had that great of a season compared to others like Djokovich and Nadal etc.

Think Haas is out of gas. Monaco's serve seems unflappable against him too. Probably would have been over sooner if not for Monaco's inability on break pps, only 4/14. Really thought winning the 1st set tie break would give Haas cause to push hard in the 2nd set, but he's an error machine.

F-ing brutal. 1st service game alone in the 4th set, he has five errors. Every time he hits a back hand, it's either gonna go long or hit the net it looks like. He's done. Well at least I Don't have to watch someone choke, just another suck ass performance from a pick.

Seems like +10 would make more sense. Needs to win 8 games in a three set match to push where as three 6-3 sets still would finish under or at least that's my reasoning.

I'm gonna guess something like 6-4, 6-3, 6-3. You just need the 1st set to be competitive to at least 6-3. If Donkey gets blown out 6-2 or 6-1, it could be a quick match and Djokovic might roll past that handicap. Good luck T.

You pretty much got this. You just need the Donkey to not get bageled to at worst push, but the way the match has gone ... I think he'll at least get 2-3 games in the next set.

We should know by now, very little drama in the last few years for the early round late night matches. That's what made USA Network's coverage good, they starting goofing off when the matches got boring like this.

Yeah again why I thought the handicap was better than the over T. This sort of set blows the over up and it was more probable than improbable that this kind of set would happen in this match.

hmm I thought a lot of ryders would be on Young and he would be more of a fav. Bookies aren't giving us much for Chela, spot on

He might grow in price on Sunday. I will probably wait until tomorrow to book that one. I do think more money will come in on him. At worst, it'll be closer to a pick 'em price which I would still take Chela at. I give DY credit for gutting it out against Wawrinka, but Wawrinka blew some many chances that Young gave him to put that match away on multiple occasions. Started with the 1st set tie break when Young blew a big lead and let Wawrinka serve for the set, but he blew both points on his serve and DY beat him out. What is troubling to me about Young is how his serve can drop off so quickly like it did in the 2nd and 3rd sets against WaWa. He was having trouble winning 50% of his service points and obviously getting beaten soundly in those two sets. Chela really is in the same mold. He's not overpowering, but the pressure is also all going to be on Young who is now expected to win. Maybe he deals with that pressure and shows good resolve, but I'm not a DY believer yet. It's all going to be about errors and which guy can consistently get their 1st serve in better.

what do you think about lisicki ml at -114 i feel like she might blow vera out, she absolutely has the better serve which is important in possible tiebreaks or late in the game and i think she can crush veras 2nd serves with her backhand longline which is the best in the game
