So I was very surprised when I was told that my Moneybookers withdrawal of EUR 3100 incurred a fee of EUR 60 since MB only charge 0.50 EUR for a money transfer.
They told me that merchant have to pay much higher fees and they only charge me what they have to pay to MB.

I could not believe that MB really charges that much and asked there for their merchant fees.
They did not want to tell me, but got in contact with IAS. A few days later they informed me that Cathy Jones had confirmed there was no such withdrawal fee at IAS and that my withdrawal was free. For further information they gave me a contact address of Cathy.
Since I had already waited a week for my money, I contacted Cathy and mentioned the good news from MB. She asked me who had given me that information and made clear that they do charge 60 EUR, because they have to pay that much for transfer and currency exchange.
I forwarded that response to MB and they contacted IAS again. Now I have a new response according to which Cathy confirmed: There is no withdrawal fee, the 60 EUR is for currency conversion only because they have an USD account.

If this was no lie, withdrawals in USD via MB would be free. Can anybody confirm that?
I received my payment from fredeur@linkspacesa.com. This address looks like it is only for EUR payments. So there would be no currency exchange justifying the fee.
From what address did you receive your payments?
I thought about giving these guys a try some time back, but was totally put off by the issue you have a problem with:

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'CS5'
CS5: Hello, how may I assist you today?
you: Hi. I am considering opening an account with you. I note that you have fees for withdrawals using Neteller/Moneybookers. Can you quantify these fees?
CS5: no sir, this will depend on the amount that you request
    CS5: in that moment
you: If you can, please advise what it would be for GBP 2000 for both methods.
    CS5: for 2000GBP for both Neteller/Moneybookers is 30GBP
you: and for GBP 500, if you can. Also, is there a minimum/maximum fee?
    CS5: for 500 is 10
CS5: there is no max-min fees
CS5: but the fees are stated until the day that you request the amount sir, not before
CS5: please note that the amount can change
you: But in general it is 1.5 to 2.0 percent, right?
CS5: it will depend, as I said this id not official and may change at the time that you request a withdraw
you: I am sorry but what you are essentially saying is that you COULD charge me more. I am not in the habit of signing blank cheques.
you: Is there a schedule of fees tat I could be sent?
CS5: the problem is that we usually don't give the fee amount before you make a withdraw
    CS5: we give it afterwards
CS5: because it may be a difference, up or down
CS5: that is why I am warning you that it may change at the time that you request it
you: OK thanks, but I cannot sign up with you on that basis.
CS5: I just don't want any trouble if you come to ask for a withdraw and the fee charge is different
CS5: it may be the same
    CS5: but just taking precautions
you: No. I understand that and you have done the right thing. I just cannot agree with that way of doing things. Thanks again.
    CS5: you are welcome

This is a protocol of a scam book ... i.e. - no set rules ... we will charge waht we fell like when you withdraw... rubbish.

I dont touch D rated books but at times I sign up with C rated book ... its seems that these C rated books are high risk.

Mooneybookers & Neteller dont care how good or bad the merchant/bookie is, they are a banking institution and they provide a financial service... if the book which they promote defaults it does not reflect badly on them (MB & NT) one bit... so why should they care... not to mention that they (MB & NT) do not feel in any way resposibile for players' money which was depsoited through them... the only thing they (MB & NT) care about is making money and if making money invloves sleeping with the devil (e.g Bad books) and the devil is a thief amongst all other things, they couldn't care less.

They gave me the option to leave my initial deposit and bonus and fees in my account to continue wagering, but it sounds like if I do that I will never be able to withdraw that remaining money, as the winnings confiscation will happen retroactively.

I am submitting a form to SBR and hopefully this can get resolved.
Fortunately, they did pay me in full after Justin talked to them (all it took was my complaint forwarded by Justin to have them drop the act--obviously an angle shoot). It took 4 follow-up calls/e-mails over two weeks to get the check actually sent out, but I finally got it and the check just cleared today.

So I'd say stay away, if you have money there stick to the rules, and if you have problems reach out to SBR right away. Thanks again SBR and Justin!
