Costa Rica has had so many scambooks they could set up a separate government just to deal with the complaints, how anybody plays at non A rated or at least B rated books located in Costa Rica is beyond me, its a 3rd world fukin country for fuks sake, they're not gonna do jack shit if you've been robbed by a scambook and several posters have got 5 figure balances in some unknown unrated brand new book with ridiculously good odds

Hell Im nervous even with A rated books in Costa Rica, knowin they can pack up and rob everyone at any minute (I think Cascade's website is still running and still takes deposits even though they havent paid out in 2 years

Here is my e-mail sent to FBI to e-mail address : stlouis@ic.fbi.gov and not to site ic3.gov where the internet crime complaint should have been filled in. ic3 is slowly in comparison to stlouis address !!

"Dear FBI,

I would like to call your attention to an obvious cheat of Bestake.com bet office that is in progress right now.
I wanted to make a withdrawal from my Bestake account. I had EUR .....( show your amount that Bestake stole from you ) on my account, I show
this fact to you through my printscreened copy as a proof - see photo....(HERE YOU CAN ATTACH YOUR OWN PRINTSCREEN PHOTO )
Below my account details there was a new feature for withdrawal called Express 4 hours withdrawal as you can see on the printscreened copy.
Since I had 0.00 EUR balance immediately, the option of Express 4 hours withdrawal has not
appeared again. So I asked my friends who made bets at Bestake office to printscreen this option for you
- see photo....(HERE YOU CAN ATTACH YOUR OWN PRINTSCREEN PHOTO )
So I thought to have the money within 4 hours, since there was no attention or notice what will happen
if I use it.
So I clicked on Show the money option. This option should have showed the details of money withdrawal.
I am aware of the fact that they count 2 % fee for express withdrawal so I though to accept it and made
this withdrawal.
In spite of this fact there was nothing showed only successful Show money option completed
- see photo....(HERE YOU CAN ATTACH YOUR OWN PRINTSCREEN PHOTO )
. Then I logged out.
After some minutes I wanted to check the status of the withdrawal but I was confused to see that
the office my all money € .......( show your amount that Bestake stole from you ) put on different events as bet !!!!!!! For six bets in equal amounts
of EUR ..( show the 1/6 part of your Bestake stolen amount ) - see photo....(HERE YOU CAN ATTACH YOUR OWN PRINTSCREEN PHOTO )

From the printscreend copy it is obvious that the value of every match takes 500.000 € ( +/- 1000 € ),
see the matches as per the countries attached.
This amount has never been bet before at any of bet offices !! This was caused by the Bestake
express withdrawal scam method.

I sent them a cancelling request immediately - see photo....(HERE YOU CAN ATTACH YOUR OWN PRINTSCREEN PHOTO )

As you can see from ID numbers it is impossible to make the bets so fast, it is absolutely impossible
to do by myself. It required very very quick action that is impossible to do by manual online bets.
Not to mention that the bets are made for June the 23rd, 24th and 25th so this option how gives 4 hours
money withdrawal even if I win ??? 2 of them were already played today but both loose so as per their
"created rules" we lost our bet amount.

About the created rule section in Term and Conditions : they included a new feature suddenly and it
is absolutely obvious since the New Feature - Show me the Money texture with different character
letters than the term and conditions character letters are - see photo....(HERE YOU CAN ATTACH YOUR OWN PRINTSCREEN PHOTO ) Seems like this section was included later only.
Some days later they corrected this section to same letter characters as the original rules texture
character ( obviously to match with other parts of letters ) - see photo....(HERE YOU CAN ATTACH YOUR OWN PRINTSCREEN PHOTO )

Their live chat was not available after this Show me the money option. They have no phone number.
They do not reply to my e-mails, only automatic replies. Later on, some days later we noticed that suddenly Bestake's live chat is working and started to chat immediately-see photo....(HERE YOU CAN ATTACH YOUR OWN PRINTSCREEN PHOTO )

We tried to search for the owner of the live help service and found them at address:
Corporate Headquarters
462 7th Avenue
3rd Floor
New York, NY 10018
phone : 212 609 4200

We investigated that their IP address is 200.122.160.2 and really it shows Costa Rica
base. We attach the printscreened copy about this-see photo....(HERE YOU CAN ATTACH YOUR OWN PRINTSCREEN PHOTO ). Also attached a Word file about the IP address locator - see photo....(HERE YOU CAN ATTACH YOUR OWN PRINTSCREEN PHOTO )

Bestake.com received deposits through Neteller, Moneybookers and Paysafe e-wallets
from the clients ( players ). The Moneybooker account of Bestake was blocked and
we used to pay the depostis through e-mail address v.zaslavski@bestake.com
From the below showed forum it is obvious that the Bestake victims made a team
and keep in touch with each other. As per fresh information their Neteller account
was blocked too.

Still have no reply but we call them today whether or not the e-mail has been read and what can we expect.
We worked on the above showed e-mail till 1:15 AM today but finally we sent it out to FBI stlouis and now waiting for their response.

berbbi.. do you have a skype contact ? if you speak English well and if you think we can be in touch and get fresh and quick infos from each other. We present Hungarian victims, we can you present Italy and we can inform more people this way. We can stay in this forum but I could investige this matter much mor faster.

The Law firm advised by British embassy in Costa Rica refused to deal with this matter (gambling is outside of their competence)... just advised to find a proper criminal attorney... Gonna go to the local police office tonite... hopefully they can help...

Yes, but that is concerning fraud against US citizens. This sportsbook is in Costa Rica, and it's not likely that the majority of you affected are US citizens. And even if you were, online gambling is illegal in the states. You're complaining to the wrong entities.

I would suggest contacting OIJ in costa rica; OIJ is the equivalent of the FBI in the states. Complaining to the FBI will get you nowhere.
