This was my chat discussion with Bestake yesterday. It took 2 hours to get his answers. A friend of mine made a chat yesterday too and finally at the end Bestake chat has dropped us out without any saying goodbye or other.

Hi everybody, today I talked with a Costarican representative in Costarican embassy in Italy.
Even if Italian embassy adviced me to make the report there, so they could have communicate the report at the Public Ministery in Costarica, she frankly said that this procedure would have been useless. She adviced me to contact a italian lawyer with the help of Italian embassy in Costarica. Only having someone taking care of everything could produce some kind of results.
Making a group report have an unique lawyer could be a good way may be. I think that we should be a team to make the right pressure...it's the only chanche we could have something back from these bestards.

I think that it should not be difficult. First of all we should collect our information (name, nationality) and gather us in a newsletter or something like facebook. It would suggest that it would be better to keep the informations private and only for the victims. I don't know if on facebook is possible. Is there anyone good at this stuff?
After knowing nationalities of each of us, we can figure out a strategy regarding the embassy to be in touch with (for example, if there are more Italians and French than other, may be it would be more profitable for all of us too cooperate mainly with these embassies and trying to let them cooperate. Same thing for lawers).

Ok lets try, I am from Bulagria and i have lost 8400 EUR, I have screenshots of bestake before "show me the money" and after that. I have same answers as you from Bestake operators, I have contacted moneybookers but nothing is different.

I paid throught Neteller also. I can't find the email address neither in notifing email recieved after paying nor in my Neteller account.
By the way, I already wrote Neteller 3 times asking to act quickly, but they seem to be not so active.

I have made a withdrawal on 16.06, did not receive it, and I did not click on express withdrawal - show me the money link. So the money is still in my account, but on live chat they are saying that because of the maintenance I will not receive my money before 02.07.
But since all this has happened, they tried to scam people, I doubt I will get it even after 02.07...
