    The SBR complaint was only filed last week. I was hoping to resolve this with Bovada on my own.

    The drivers license couldíve been expired, address on the license might not match the address on file, picture mightíve not been clear enough. There are multiple reasons why they didnít accept the license.

    It seems as though this book has a lot of payouts still pending , maybe they are waiting for new deposits... that seems to be the popular strategy these days

    I can understand the frustration of the OP. I am having issues with bodog also. I made a withdrawal using interac etransfer and when i went to deposit the funds i got an error message. Contacted support and they said the problem is with my bank. My bank said the problem is with the sender. The etransfer has since expired and i have received an email from interac clearly saying it is expired. Sent this email to bodog and it is not good enough they want bank statements . Have sent them bank statements and still keep getting the run around. This has been going on for over 1 month now of back and forth emails with no resolve. Many times they have mentioned BITCOIN to me for withdrawal , can you guys tell me why they push this method of withdrawal??

    Because you can move large amounts of money fast, it's cheap and it's reliable.

    Yeah it would be a lot more explainable if this were the case but it's just not. They claimed my perfectly valid driver's license was "unverifiable" and told me me I needed my passport and now closed the window of time I had to send it in. So, to them, that warrants stealing my balance including multiple large deposits.

    Iíve had maybe two issues with Bovada ever but both times they came through and made things right.

    I swear both times it was a communication issue. Itís like they didnít believe me or something.

    It took a while hit it got resolved. Never had anything go wrong with them that wasnít fixed.

    I've made multiple deposits and payouts by both interac e-transfer and bitcoin over the last month, and no problems. Bitcoin withdrawal yesterday was paid within 3 hours.

    Is SBR still working on your case to find out why you are being hassled with your withdrawal?
