Around 10k in deposits and 20k in profits with zero explanation. I sent multiple pics of my driver's license, of bills, and selfies. They said they wanted a passport specifically and when I produced they refused to talk to me. I didnt take a bonus or have more then 1 account. I didnt use a vpn. I did not break a single rule. They made up a verification issue to steal my money. According to SBR they no longer have to explain what rules were broken to justify this and they didn't even tell me this, I had to read it on another complaint against them. SBR hasn't told me anything going on 4 months now. I'm sure they have talked to Bovada about it and when they realized that Bovada can't defend their behavior here they just decided to ignore me. That's all I can figure.Comment -

OPTIONAL-Update on this? Or another red herring? One thing is for sure and it seems to be a lots of threads and players with "issues" with Bovada. 1 or 2 I would chalk it up to bad run but there are multiple guys with varying complaints. I played at Bovada and they definitely have their shills and puppets in their little community. @freaksforum advertises his gambling website/forum openly in the Bovada community and others such as @kman are constantly taking up for Bovada regardless of the issue. It's so obvious this guy has to be on the payroll with those guys or getting nice "perks" from them!!!

They declined to accept his ID docs were valid.
He claims they told him he MUST have a passport and nothing else would do.
When he got the passport he says they would not speak to him.

I was talking about the members of the community who make up stories and things to justify their stance. If you don't think they have shills in the community there I can't help you see the #facts. I think we were simply told it's a security issue and the decision is final. Yes that seems unusual to me too but I guess in a two way relationship you are stuck having to respect unsupported words sometimes.
I think Tarnski should keep at them regularly asking for a review and hopefully reach a person who will do it or explain more to him eventually. I wish I could offer a better idea..Comment
