Has SBR truly ignored these two people? That seems hard to believe.

#73The drivers license could’ve been expired, address on the license might not match the address on file, picture might’ve not been clear enough. There are multiple reasons why they didn’t accept the license.Comment -

#74It seems as though this book has a lot of payouts still pending , maybe they are waiting for new deposits... that seems to be the popular strategy these daysComment -

#80I can understand the frustration of the OP. I am having issues with bodog also. I made a withdrawal using interac etransfer and when i went to deposit the funds i got an error message. Contacted support and they said the problem is with my bank. My bank said the problem is with the sender. The etransfer has since expired and i have received an email from interac clearly saying it is expired. Sent this email to bodog and it is not good enough they want bank statements . Have sent them bank statements and still keep getting the run around. This has been going on for over 1 month now of back and forth emails with no resolve. Many times they have mentioned BITCOIN to me for withdrawal , can you guys tell me why they push this method of withdrawal??Comment -

#82Yeah it would be a lot more explainable if this were the case but it's just not. They claimed my perfectly valid driver's license was "unverifiable" and told me me I needed my passport and now closed the window of time I had to send it in. So, to them, that warrants stealing my balance including multiple large deposits.Comment -

#83I’ve had maybe two issues with Bovada ever but both times they came through and made things right.
I swear both times it was a communication issue. It’s like they didn’t believe me or something.
It took a while hit it got resolved. Never had anything go wrong with them that wasn’t fixed.Comment -

#88Pretty messed up. I'd be incredibly pissed, too. But I'm wondering if they really do think that you have had other accounts with them.
When exactly did you open your account? Is there any chance that you, a relative, or even someone sharing your internet had a dormant Bodog acct. from years ago?
I'm siding with you, fwiw. Bovada has been exposed for being shady more times in the last year than Bookmaker and Heritage have in the last 20 years. I don't trust them personally with anything more than ~$2k. That said, it does seem odd for them to take a totally random shot like this. I hope somehow you can get your funds back.Comment -

#92To update my case, I emailed Bovada a few times in the last week to ask for a response to the bank statements that I sent to them over 2 months ago. I received canned responses with directions on how to retrieve lost passwords. I then called customer service and was put on hold for an extended period of time. I was then promised that I'd receive a call back within 24-48 hours to discuss my case. It's been more than 48 hours and have not heard from them.Comment -

#94I wanted to update the thread. Bovada has cleared me of any wrongdoing and my account has been made active again as of today. In no way am I a happy customer nor do I feel that Bovada had sufficient justification for torturing me with false allegations over the past 2+ months. I will no longer be using this website.
Most importantly, thank you Optional and SBR for the time that you put into this on my behalf. I am grateful.Comment -

#95Good Luck with your new option of books to use.....I'm sure the welcome bonus will be appreciated since Bovada wanted to be the GRINCH this year and offered little to no bonuses.

Nice! Absolutely amazing they actually paid you. Gives me a little hope. At this point, I would be happy just to get my deposits back. I didn't know there was ever a reason for a book to confiscate a player's deposits. If there is some weird technicality allowing them to do so I am definitely not guilty of it.Comment -

#100This hasn’t happened to me (yet) but it still feels like a punch to the gut once you realize you’re dealing with unscrupulous people who never had any intention on doing the right thing. In the past several months I’ve read so many complaints with BOVADA that I’ve made plans to delete my account after my current balance hits zero.
If a sports book opened tomorrow in the United States I’d be willing to pay a higher juice just for the satisfaction of knowing I’d get my damn money when I hit the cash out button.Comment -
