    ACR- America'sCardRoom...Experiences?
So, i setup an account with ACR to play some hold em' tourney's for small change just to kill time for a month or so, small money...Then i got sick of playing because i sports bet, and noticed surprisingly they have a SB....It certainly doesn't offer Props, lines as good as any of our "top 5" nor does it have any perks, and is seemingly not used other than by poker player's probably looking to make some small fun bets..

So, i put $25 in there last week.....Since 5 days ago until last night..

$25 > $50 > $100 > $150 > $200 > $300 > $350 >$420.....8-0 in less than a week at a place that generally get's paid on whatever they're doing...considering the cost of the tourney's the amount of player's etc etc....Thus i doubt they have player's that use their sportsbook often, and albeit they have bad lines, those lines when im careful i take advantage of using them....Which in turn has led me to a 8-0 streak on ACR....Does anyone have experience with their SportsBook and if they give any troubles paying out?

I know i can easily be sharp and take where im at further units, but i don't know when and if i should pull the rip cord before i get some 'reason' it ends up invalid...I already had a prior issue on a non-payout with included screenshots on a PvP heads up $12 turbo hold em' match, i beat him twice, and it showed a 1/1 on my account, so i ended up down, because of the fee's to play...Provided amble proof, and they absolutely wouldn't budge....Anyhow, they've seemingly been fair since, i just know that since they certainly don't deal with SB players often,.....Anyone have experience/thoughts/opinions?

    Thanks all

ACR is the best USA pokerroom by far. person to person transfers take 48 hours or less, but have a hefty fee involved. You can get a paper check in about 2 - 3 weeks. The best payout option is the prepaid debit card. You have to apply for it, and they will send it to you. Takes about 2 weeks to receive it, and I believe there's a small fee involved to activate the card. Once you go through the initial hassle it is smooth sailing. You can cash out once per week ($2500 MAX I believe), and there's only a $5 fee each time. Takes a day or 2 for the funds to show up on the card

ACR's poker setup looks exactly like Bookmaker's poker setup in where you can go to the sportsbook through the sports tab on the right side. Weird.

They used to be owned by bookmaker and still use their lines but I have a feeling they shade the odds quite a bit. Became part of the WP network a couple years back and rebranded back to ACR. One of the best rooms available to most US players but that's not really saying much. The DC withdrawal option is the best available if you don't mind waiting a while to get it set up.

What poker games do they offer? I have been playing on bovada for a while now and get 1 free cash out each month. My check usually comes in within 3-4 days from the cashout. Does ACR have any games similar to zone, rush, or zoom that run regularly?

If you want non holdem you're pretty much out of luck. They offer PLO that runs sometimes but the games aren't offering any real action worth grinding. More of a nitfest than juicy tables when they do run.

                    Hey guys,

Thanks a lot for the vital information. I didn't know if i should continue my bet's based on the fact of my winnings, and simply was curious if anyone had opinions. I appreciate that information greatly, and i have continued sports betting with the site, on a current 11-0 streak with 12.5xunits. I'll post back if i have any trouble.

I deposited using my personal debit card; I wish i could withdrawal with BTC, however apparently if you did not deposit funds using BTC, they will not let you do a BTC transfer to your wallet. I know because i tried pulling out 5u. No worries though, and i thank everyone for their non-biased opinions!

BCP will let you withdraw BTC or at least have let me in the past. Also Betcoin is on this network and has mostly all the same games but no jackpots and may exclude at least half of the rake races. But fast deposit and withdraw with BTC.

Rule to live by online. Never keep any amount you couldn't stand losing. ..if times are tight pull a few hundo out. If $400 is TP paper to you, let it ride.

I have a small roll on there but haven't played enough to cash out. Try googling them on 2+2 and you'll get cash out info/time frames/experiences

                          ^^^^

                          So true man ^

I keep 50-100u sports betting in total on my choice books as well and have a preferred local; The small simple cash was for poker; After my boredom spiked to a high playing hold em over the computer i noticed the sportsbook and just didn't know where they stood specifically on payouts, especially on sports and if members specifically had experience with paying out player's that beat their book.

Good info everyone...Again, much appreciated. I feel safe and that if and when i decide to pull it they'll have no issues. Ive done enough research and on top of your guys opinion they seem an A grade poker site thats fair

I have never used it for poker however a buddy of mine this past weekend told me about 'spin n goes'. I was very intrigued by that. Never seen it before. Wish Bovada offered it.

Its a 3 handed sng. Before the sng starts there is a 'spin' to see the amount being played for. Winner take all.

Ex: $10 entry could be playing for $60 depending on what the spin lands on. Or you could be playing for $10 to the winner.

Pokerstars has it also. A $60 entry played for over 100k last week. Pretty f'd up.

WTF!?!? And people play these? Why would anyone want to subsidize another tables prizepool? Knowing the current ownership of stars I'm sure there's massive rake coming right off the top too. So bad for poker

The spin and go is relatively NOT worth it IMO. You can choose like the $2 or the $10 PLO/Hold'em....Out of maybe 10 spins on the $2, most will always land $4 total, playing your $2.xx against 2 other people. I have had it be $8 once or twice...

I've played the $10 games as well, if you're lucky you could see a $60-$80 pot.
