#2161st-$25,000 free play
2nd-$2,000
3rd-$1,000
4th-10th-$500
11th-25th-$100
If we are to believe that 4th thru 10th are splitting $500 7 ways... are 11th thru 25th splitting $100 15 ways? or are 11th thru 25th each getting $100 (which would be more than the 4th place winners received?)
Anybody who has an IQ above room temp knows that the prize money for 4th thru 10th should be $500 EACH. Remember, there is apparently new management at Heritage, and this contest prize money was posted last summer. Now it's being "redefined"?
Recently I came across the game JetX - it's really addictive! It's a crash game where you bet money on a plane taking off and try to "jump out" before it explodes. The higher it flies, the higher the multiplier. The main thing is to press "take" in time. Now I often play it, because the rounds are fast, clear, and you can really win something. Auto-withdrawal helps a lot - I bet, for example, x2 or x3 and just watch. If you're interested, you can try this website - everything works on mobile, there is even a demo mode. Advice: do not chase a high multiplier, it is better to play stably.
If Heritage is now pretending that the total prize money for 4th thru 10th is $500, how many more warning signs are needed?Comment -

#217Here's a good one, been an interesting week for me. I blew up my Heritage acccount AGAIN this week, I'm going to donate a dime or two to them yearly, its a fact, but in all funs for me, NO BIGGIE. But I noticed I was having trouble logging in, so I contacted customer support, and I am permenantly BANNED, ha! Now I know these are stupid people running this outfit. Plus in between busting the account and the ban, they called asking for money, offering a bonus. I had previously sworn them off, after they stole a few hundred and claimed I charged it back, but they always go back, ha. I have multiple outs of course, so I don't care.
OK worshipping Heritage users, post the attacks that I am a SCAMMER and that is why they banned me.

#221SBR can not mediate for non US/CA licensed bookmakers.
The best help we can be is helping you get your message heard in this forum. If the book or poster Heritage Insider chooses to ignore you there is not much I can actively do for you apart from what we are here. Talking about it.
And voiding winning bets whilst grading losing bets definitely should be talked about and not left to be forgotten..Comment -

#223Yes. Thanks. I won a bunch of money and than they decide to start voiding winning bets and grading losing bets. I should have won about $4K. I gave Heritage Insider my account number on this forum and private messaged him and he has not even responded as of yet. Heritage is not a good book and should be on the “No Play” alerts.Comment -

#224I have been a long time customer of Heritage Sportsbook(>10 years). Generally speaking, I have had no issues, and their customer service usually resolves any issues to my satisfaction. Most importantly, I have NEVER had an issue getting paid. That is, until today. I made a withdrawal request this morning for $150. When I logged back in a bit later, I noticed that the money had been returned to my account. I immediately contacted customer service to find out what the issue was. I was informed that my withdrawal was cancelled because of a new policy they were implementing. They indicated that they would be refunding credit card/debit card purchases before processing payouts to Bitcoin/alt coins. As I was chatting, I saw $350 come out of my account. The decision to unilaterally process a withdrawal that I had not approved was bothersome enough, but it also did not give me the opportunity to inform them that the debit card I had been using was recently hacked and had to be replaced. When I informed them that my existing card was not valid and that the transactions would need to be cancelled, they told me that "this was management's decision, and it could not be undone". Furthermore, they said the refund process could take up to 6 weeks, and that they would only review my situation after that time period. I am furious beyond belief, and I will never send another dime to them. IMO, this is an indicator that they are not doing well financially. Maybe I'm wrong? Overreacting? Thoughts?Comment -

I know this is done with cred cards, so they can avoid the possibility of a chargback after payment.
Six weeks to help you out with a TX they now know will not be completed is a rude slap in the face.
"Management Decision, that we don't care", again from them.
You can try PMing poster Heritage Insider and check if he cares a bit more than Heritage "management" about looking after you....Comment -

I do not know any reason a bookmaker has to force you to take payouts back to a debit card account.

#228HERITAGE SPORTS JUST STOLE MY MONEY & SHUT DOWN MY ACCOUNT!
I was referred a year ago and have never processed a withdrawal or even tried to!
out of nowhere the other day I tried to login and my account was suspended. I called and they asked for drivers license and utility bill. No problem. I sent it in right away. I followed up on it each day for 3 days.
tonight I was told the documents do not match! I asked what didn’t match as everything clearly does. I sent my drivers license with address I’ve been at for 15+ years along with a statement from our insurance company AllState dated July 2025 that has my same legal name and address on it!
Literally everything was legit. I’m a high school softball coach. I’m married with kids.
I asked what didn’t match and they said they couldn’t tell me and shut down my account and stole my money. Funny thing is it was about $100. ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND THEY PULL THIS SHIT. I’ve never even attempted a withdrawal either and submitted legit documents!
I just tried to email customerservice@heritagesports.eu from 3 different emails and the email came back everytime
undeliverable! Is this place going out of business or what’s going on?!
I AM FURIOUS AND A MAN OF PRINCIPAL! I WILL MAKE IT MY LIFE
MISSION TO INFORM EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM HERITAGE SPORTS! Most people on here have stupid complaints and are at fault themselves. This isn’t a case like that. Everything is legit! How can they shut down account and steal money and LIE & say it doesn’t match up!!! This is wild! Can anyone help me? DO NOT USE HERITAGE SPORTS OFFSHORE EVER! Love some help in getting this resolved. This is complete BS!!!Comment -

I'll stick with my theory that the book is having severe financial problems, and is now looking to avoid paying at any cost. It's a shame, because they were a very solid book for a long time.Comment -

#231Long time user of Heritage but I soured on them quite awhile ago because of a few issues I've had with them (mostly taking away perks). I've not deposited with them in long time simply because I have better outs and don't need them. That said, credit where credit is due, they paid me all that I was owed and it wasn't chump change. Also their live streaming of games is great and the reason I still visit the website daily. Which brings me to the real reason I am posting in this thread - this promo was posted on their website today https://www.heritagesports.eu/en/red...shback-program. What does everyone think? Is this a desperate attempt to attract funds so they can stay afloat? Or aggressive marketing to attract new customers and keep old ones? Not sure how to interpret it myself. Opinions please. The only reason I would be redepositing with them is because I really like their get out of your bet at halftime for football.Comment -

#232I was going to ask something similar as the above post.
I haven't made a deposit to Heritage in 2 or 3 years. But that promo is enticing...100% bonus up to $500. Then if you lose the $500 deposit (not the bonus) they give you the $500 back. Seems too good to be true.Comment -

#235Regularly play on Heritage. Pretty much because their live bet offerings are unbeatable. I have some complaints, horrific delay when placing most live bets(~10-20 seconds) depending on the sport it seems. Lower live bet limits for me on some sports($500 instead of $1k+). Cashout option on a live bet can be so slow it never triggers if the line changes.
but, zero payout issues or funny business almost ever. Just got a $2500 payout and $5k payout in the last few weeks within 6 hours(Ethereum).Comment -

Although not sure how Bet105 make odds now that they are apparently seperate.
Someone might know of other brands that follow Heritage odds as well as those two.
It was really just an interesting angle though. I doubt it would work for too long before they noticed what you were doing and stopped you..Comment -

#244Placed a bet on "Zarina Diyas vs Carol Zhao" last night and Diyas retired when the score was 5-5 in the first set. Naturally my bets should have voided but according to Heritagesports, it counted as a loss because I placed an under bet even though their rules state the match has to be completed for it to be considered official. Am I in the wrong here or am I not understanding this properly? Cause this contradicts past bets I should have won when a player retires. And if I'm right to make a big fuss out of this, then this is my warning to everyone about Heritagesports changing rules up in favor of them.
This is the screenshot of their rules from their rule book

#245That rule relates to first set wagers only.
What exactly was your bet? Under what? For the match or a player? Was it live or pre match?.Comment
