The lines come and every 5 seconds even during commercials. I play team totals. And I’ve been trying to hit South Florida because they are blowing out Charlotte but it’s impossible to bet the TT. Half the time it’s not there, when it is there it comes on for literally 5 seconds, yet the charlotte TT has been up mostly the whole time

Just a question. How were you able to deposit via CC or debit? Only crypto is available for me. Same with withdrawal, no banking

I made a couple of deposits with my debit back in March 2025. This was after I was required to "validate" my card. Subsequently, Heritage took that method of deposit away(as far as I can tell-maybe you can still deposit that way by phone?). My online methods of deposit are now bitcoin, alt coins, and card to crypto, which I have not really looked into so I am not sure how that works. Only online methods of withdrawal are crypto(bitcoin and alt coins).

This is why I'm a bit exasperated with Heritage. They unilaterally withdrew money without confirming the amounts I wanted to withdraw. Add to that the fact that the money is still not in my account after over 2 months, it's hard to contain my disappointment and frustration with a book that I have been with for ~ 10 years, and have never had this kind of issue before.

I was not paid my winning bets during college bowl season and am still waiting on a response. I made several bets on both teams to score in the 1st Quarter and the bets were all voided after several days and than I was moved to bet105 as they deemed me a “Sharp” bettor. Also, the winning bets were voided and the losing bets were kept as losers which is unfair. My account 131834 . I also sent an email to bookmakers review on 1-3-24 and who is supposed to be the governing body over offshore accounts. Can Heritage Insider do the right thing and pay me my winnings? Thx.

Thank you for chiming in. Let me give a little more background:

1. The vast majority of my deposits are via Ethereum. I had made several subsequent deposits via Ethereum after these two debit card deposits. In my opinion, since most of my deposits(in quantity and in dollar amount) were via Crypto, I should have been allowed to withdraw this way.
2. I contacted my bank back in July when these "deposits" were supposedly made. They have no record of any deposits in those amounts going to my account.
3. My exasperation is stemming from the fact that I had to wait 6 weeks to even speak with Heritage about this matter. In this day and age, that's unacceptable in my opinion. However, I did wait the requisite time that they specified.
4. My initial contact for my appeal was on September 4th. The customer service rep on that date told me that they were contacting the processor, and would let me know their findings.
5. After another week of waiting, I spoke with a different representative(mentioned in my post above). He seemed much more helpful, and indicated that the processor had informed them that the payments "successfully went through". The processor was supposed to provide ARN numbers, so that I would have something to go to the bank with. He did indicate that it might take "a couple of days". It is now well over a week, and the ARN numbers have still not been provided by the processor. So, it has now been two months of waiting and I don't feel like I'm any closer to getting my money
6. Not sure what about my story is "fishy" to you. I'll be happy to show you my bank statements for the past two months to confirm that I have not been paid. I'm just trying to get money that is rightfully mine from a book that I have trusted for over a decade, but seems to be stonewalling me at every turn. And, I agree 100% with you that it doesn't make sense that they are trying to "rob" me out of $350.00. I have spoken glowingly of Heritage in the past, and have recommended them to many of my friends.

If they don't provide you with the ARN Numbers then your story isn't fishy and Heritage is fos. I thought they did that already. Did they give you a reason why it's taking so long?

If they show you proof you need to contact your bank. I don't believe Heritage is going to rob u for 350? I agree with them protecting themselves if you deposited with a cc or debit card and want a BTC payout that all of the sudden got hacked. I've been outspoken how Heritage isn't what it was before but I smell something fishy about your story. Even if you closed your previous debit card the money if refunded would still go to your account. You don't need anyone with banking expertise for that. It's 100% facts.

ive never had a issue being paid via crypto.....they do have rules though where my payout has been cancelled and i had to resubmit and they either asked sending them a with a fresh wallet to use as withdrawl or few times they asked i switch to LTC instead of Solana. everytime they have notified me same day and i submitted per there request and payout was sent to me same day as ususal around 4 PM eastern time

Talked with a live Heritage customer service rep today. Re-explained my situation. He was very engaged and helpful. He had his supervisor send a message to the payment processor. The processor indicated that the payments "had been successfully processed" and they would be providing "ARN's"(banking transaction tracking #"s). This is encouraging, as it now gives me something to go back to the bank with.

The one thing that I'm still failing to grasp is how transactions got processed to a closed debit card account. Is there anyone with a banking background that can provide some insight?

As I have not visited the site since July, I was surprised to see that they have bots doing live chat now. I explained my situation, and got an immediate "we will transfer you to a live agent who can better answer your question", followed up by "no live agents are currently available". I am at my job, so I am unable to call at the moment. Obviously, this has done nothing to quell my skepticism that Heritage is a sinking ship, and is to be avoided at all costs. Also disappointing was the fact that Heritage Insider had 0 to say regarding mine and AK's issues, but quickly jumped in to defend the book when TPC posted.

I have been a long time customer of Heritage Sportsbook(>10 years). Generally speaking, I have had no issues, and their customer service usually resolves any issues to my satisfaction. Most importantly, I have NEVER had an issue getting paid. That is, until today. I made a withdrawal request this morning for $150. When I logged back in a bit later, I noticed that the money had been returned to my account. I immediately contacted customer service to find out what the issue was. I was informed that my withdrawal was cancelled because of a new policy they were implementing. They indicated that they would be refunding credit card/debit card purchases before processing payouts to Bitcoin/alt coins. As I was chatting, I saw $350 come out of my account. The decision to unilaterally process a withdrawal that I had not approved was bothersome enough, but it also did not give me the opportunity to inform them that the debit card I had been using was recently hacked and had to be replaced. When I informed them that my existing card was not valid and that the transactions would need to be cancelled, they told me that "this was management's decision, and it could not be undone". Furthermore, they said the refund process could take up to 6 weeks, and that they would only review my situation after that time period. I am furious beyond belief, and I will never send another dime to them. IMO, this is an indicator that they are not doing well financially. Maybe I'm wrong? Overreacting? Thoughts?

good to see that the player got his stakes refunded, but I honestly can't see why a retirement should be classified as an "interrupted event" to begin with. That rule is about something totally different.

Every wager on the over was paid as a winner.

The grading was done in accordance with the rules of our “TENNIS PRO” section of the website, under “Betting Rules/Settling Bets”:

2.1.3 Interrupted events.

2.1.3.1Interrupted events not resumed within the same calendar day (at midnight in the local time zone where the event is played) will be cancelled. In the case of such a cancellation, all bets are considered no action, except bets where the outcome has already been unambiguously determined (for example, if the score has already surpassed the total, then all bets on that over and under will be settled as winners and losers, respectively).


After the clarification, we granted the customer a courtesy refund of his wagers.

We would like to encourage our customers with an issue to give us a chance of resolving it by contacting us via live chat, email, or phone call.

As pointed out above - that rule doesn’t necessarily apply to all bets - only First Set wagering.

There is nothing “natural” about a void on retirement in tennis. It’s completely book by book. Lost many a wager when someone was up big and an opponent retired - only to see wager voided. Experienced tennis bettors know which book voids following first set completion, which books void with ANY retirement and which ones consider all bets action once the match begins. Hopefully not too expensive of a lesson for you - but book could be well within their rights to grade as a loss - especially if they paid winners.

Bookmaker is usually the one who gets most complaints as any retirement voids all wagers - not just totals and live bets. Similar to their rain out policy on baseball (which is another rule unique to them).

What exactly was your bet? Under what? For the match or a player? Was it live or pre match?

Placed a bet on "Zarina Diyas vs Carol Zhao" last night and Diyas retired when the score was 5-5 in the first set. Naturally my bets should have voided but according to Heritagesports, it counted as a loss because I placed an under bet even though their rules state the match has to be completed for it to be considered official. Am I in the wrong here or am I not understanding this properly? Cause this contradicts past bets I should have won when a player retires. And if I'm right to make a big fuss out of this, then this is my warning to everyone about Heritagesports changing rules up in favor of them.

yes I meant if you can bet at WW or B105, then I think your sharp bets at Heritage will affect the odds at all three books.

Although not sure how Bet105 make odds now that they are apparently seperate.

Someone might know of other brands that follow Heritage odds as well as those two.

It was really just an interesting angle though. I doubt it would work for too long before they noticed what you were doing and stopped you.

If they think you are so sharp that they take notice of your bets, you could use that status to make money. Find a book that follows or works with Heritage who will take your bets and then keep betting $2 over and again on the opposite side of what you want at Heritage and watch the odds on your side improve at the other book.

Regularly play on Heritage. Pretty much because their live bet offerings are unbeatable. I have some complaints, horrific delay when placing most live bets(~10-20 seconds) depending on the sport it seems. Lower live bet limits for me on some sports($500 instead of $1k+). Cashout option on a live bet can be so slow it never triggers if the line changes.

but, zero payout issues or funny business almost ever. Just got a $2500 payout and $5k payout in the last few weeks within 6 hours(Ethereum).
