So, do we need to bet all of the freeplay winnings on the Superbowl or can we use on other events as well?
I thought we could bet on the Superbowl props as but it is not allowing me?
Any input here from Heritage Insider or others would be appreciated, thanks

1st-$25,000 free play
2nd-$2,000
3rd-$1,000
4th-10th-$500
11th-25th-$100
If we are to believe that 4th thru 10th are splitting $500 7 ways... are 11th thru 25th splitting $100 15 ways? or are 11th thru 25th each getting $100 (which would be more than the 4th place winners received?)
Anybody who has an IQ above room temp knows that the prize money for 4th thru 10th should be $500 EACH. Remember, there is apparently new management at Heritage, and this contest prize money was posted last summer. Now it's being "redefined"?
If Heritage is now pretending that the total prize money for 4th thru 10th is $500, how many more warning signs are needed?

Here's how it works: Books pay out until they don't. Over the last 25 years of offshore books, many paid promptly until suddenly they stopped paying But lets not forget that there were very often warning signs of "problems" with a book. Those who heeded the warning signs sometimes avoided losing their money. There would seem to be warning signs with Heritage. This contest payout nonsense is one of many.Originally posted by ChuckyTheGoatI echo this. My payout history has been solid. Going way back, Heritage had a great track record on Reputation.
This is huge IMHO. If the book is paying out, have to tip my hat. As long as they're doing that, it's all good.Leave a comment:

I have never in 25-30+ years gambling seen a contest paid out like this. I do not remember if they said "5th place" but said the next group after those of us tied at 150 total points, received 50 each.Originally posted by OptionalHow can there be any 5th place at all once you have ties for 4th?
Sound like you are talking to someone who is either a moron, has never played a contest like this themselves, or is just a bald faced thief.

Gabe was not one of the people I spoke with. One was named Jimi and then I spoke to a female on the phone when i called, can't remember her name.Leave a comment:

No, but if 2 players tie for first, they would each split FIRST and SECOND place money equally.Originally posted by 2SweeetHow could you wonder this? The books a shit show anymore but they aren't going to pay you 500 if there were a bunch of ties? Should they of paid both first place winners 25k each?Leave a comment:

They told me 5th place all got 50 each...Originally posted by iknowzipAre they paying more to anyone who finished behind you? For example, the 4 who "tied for 4th place" each get $125, and the person right behind you (in their version of 5th place) receives more? If that is the case, its too stupid for words.
Or is 4th place the end of the payout money?
They are saying $500 totalOriginally posted by 2Sweeet4th-10th-$500
This is kind of misleading though especially if there were only 4 people who finished 4th. I also would think if i finished 4th 5th 6th 7th 8th 9th 10th I'd get 500. So they are saying its $500 total or $3500 split if you finish 4-10?Leave a comment:

Yes, the prizes would be in freeplays. That is my recollection of that contest. But as you noted, 4th thru 10th should each receive a $500 free play, just as the 11th thru 25th would each receive a $100 freeplay. Obviously, if 15 people tied for 11th, the prize would not be $100 divided by 15 (although I am not nearly as confidant of that with Heritage as I once was)Originally posted by Optional^^^ if that is how it is presented on the site, I'd be thinking it was all freeplays. Just saying for perspective for you.Leave a comment:

They are saying 4 tied for 4th with 150 and the correct payout is 125 each.
My argument is that if 4 tied for 4th, it should be 500+500+500+100/4=400 each...they seem to think we all should be splitting 500 TOTAL and won't budge on that. I was under the impression that 4th-10th was to receive 500 EACH not total. Their stance is 4 tied for 4th so 500/4=125 which is what we each got.
I give up wasting time on this, maybe you can try.

Hopefully Heritage Insider will spot these posts. Pretty sure he will understand what you are saying.Originally posted by JAKEPEAVY21Thanks, that is how I understood it from reading the rules as well. I tried nicely going back and forth but I couldn't convince them otherwise.
I have wasted an hour or 2 on this and have not gotten anywhere so it is hard for me to see them changing their stance but will see what your suggestion is.Leave a comment:

"New" Heritage boots 15 year customer for winning, steals cashback, cancels payout..
Yes, this is the "New" Heritage they posted about on their home page.
I was a 15+ year customer. My limits were suddenly cut to $25 after cashing out about $5-6 k in about 6 weeks. Then they stole $11 in earned cashback (a paltry amount, but they still stole it back)
A $700 bitcoin payout was also cancelled. I called to ask why, and the customer service MANAGER lied to me *twice)and told me they didn't do payouts on weekends. Since I was logged in (and knew that was not true), I double checked by opening their payout page. As it has been for years, payouts of up to $1,000 are done on weekends.
He finally admitted that he cancelled my payout because my wagering profile had been changed. He was very snotty, laughed at me, told me I get no weekend service because my "profile" was changed. (in 15+ years as a Heritage customer, this was the first time I had any conversation with a Heritage employee that was not cordial. He acted like a punk)
As for the $11 earned cashback, it just "disappeared" from my account. I could no longer earn any cashback, and they took back the $11 I had already earned. Paltry amount, but I had earned it fairly.
I spoke with a supervisor a few times about my limits being cut to $25 (That's on NFL sides. Everything else was basically cut to 0.) He said the risk manager made the decision, but the risk manager was too cowardly (My assessment) to discuss it with me.
I put in for a $900 bitcoin withdrawal (I no loner trusted Heritage to ask for my entire balance on a single withdrawal.) I was stalled for a couple days (All previous payouts had always been same day)
Each payout was intentionally delayed for a few days, beyond what is stated (24 hours max) on their payout page.
After I got all my money out, Heritage immediately locked me out of my account. This would be so that I would have no access to my betting records, chat records, etc. Maybe they suspected I might post about it
Also, over the last month prior to being booted, I had at least 5 winning bets graded as losers. I had to call and inform them of the misgraded wagers (ALWAYS in their favor) each time. I find it hard to believe nobody else bet the same thing and did not call to inform them prior.
Be very careful dealing with the "NEW" Heritage. This is not the same honest people I dealt with for 15 years. We have seen this many times over the years-- new management comes in and starts doing sleazy and dishonest things in order to increase profits. Heritage seems to be following that pathLeave a comment:

Chiefs, i finished in 8th and received $125fp as well when I was expecting $500. We each had 150 points on the season. It only lists the top 10 so the only thing that makes sense is many more finished with 150 points as well and we all split.
4th-10th were supposed to receive $500($3500 total) and 11th-25th $100($1500 total). That is 5k total. 5k/40=$125
The math says that 40 people tied with 150 points. I guess that is possible but that sounds a bit off to have that many tied.
I would have been nice to get some sort of email or message explaining the payout amount and what happened....along with seeing the final standings of the top 50-100 so it could be verified.
Heritage Insider, can you give us some insight as to what transpired here?Leave a comment:

Click into the rules, it clearly states that all prizes are in the form of freeplays. Heritage contests are legit. I’ve won that weekly race to the Super Bowl contest a couple of times and was given $1000 freeplays.Leave a comment:

Heritage
There Race to the Superbowl contest, where you pick games every week, there final standings. I finished 4th in the contest, but only was given a $125 free play. All there prizes are listed in cash except for 1st place. They claim multiple ties for every place so they lower the payouts on all the prizes. Two people tied for 1st place so they paid $12,500 free play to the top 2 players. The rest of the prizes should be in cash. 2nd place they had 3 people tie and each received $666 free play. 3rd place they had 2 players tie and each received $500 free play. 4th place I only see that 3 players tied, as it only shows the top 10 players. Of course Heritage is claiming that 4 players tied for 4th place. so it should be $166.67 free play instead of $125 free play. My issue is the prizes are listed in cash besides 1st place and it makes it look like they are going to pay each player the winning amount regardless if I tie with someone or not. I really believe I should have received $500 cash for finishing in 4th place not a $125 free play esp when it only shows the top 10 on the leaderboard.

Bro I am not young, I've been betting offshore since English Sports Betting was around. Shhh. Youwager I also think is a shit book after Corey rolled. Heritage is a shell of what it was before, no matter what you want to say.Originally posted by stake1Huh
a book that as of right now seized five figiures from fedex does the exact same. botOnline does it with halves and quarters, but they are so packed with cash and stable

i get it, young turds like everything on their phones, clickee clickee. sadly for those lil young spews, Heritage is old school. started back when all bets were done over the phone. like all bookmakers used to. sucks that some cant figure out anymore how to place a phone callLeave a comment:
