    The writing is on the wall ladies and gents. This place is not what it was before. People who no have been saying it the past 2 years. I was a big player at this shop for years and was paid every penny but what is happening now is warning sign after warning sign. When did you ever see any complaints about Heritage over the years? If it wasn't about Gabe hardly ever.

    Are they folding up shop? Ran up some parlaya to 8k. Longtime player and now my payout is reduced to 2000 and currently pending since Friday before the 10am cutoff. Customer service "Maria" said not only are my limits now at $10, useless, payouts are 48 Business hours for approval and another 24-48 hours for payment.

    It's obviously unplayable now but will they pay? At this point I'm hoping to at least just get one payout...

    Back in 2016, I miss the world cup 1k parlays I cooked up and how they paid out 3k a day like clockwork within hours ��

    Mike, payouts have been at $1,000 on Saturdays and Sundays for a long time now, sometimes if you send an email to QA department they’ll double that amount on weekends

    Heads they win. Tails you lose.

    And Gabe will just say it to your face. Bad luck sucker I can do whatever unfair thing I like.

    It sure looks like their ethics have gone out the window with the old time profitability. Clawing it back by any means is currently how they operate.


    Let's see if they honor the OPs bet or not. Considering he claims to have been directly told that they cannot cancel live bets, when it benefited Heritage, but says they have changed that stance when it benefits him as the player.

    Created an account to say that I used Heritage for years, lost a ton of money legitimately with them. Then they cancelled a UFC wager mid match, no email, no notification at all. The ticket was live when the fight kicked off.

    I went to check the wager after it won and it was nowhere to be found. I contacted support and they informed me that there was apparently an error with the odds, so they cancelled it after the fight had started. Didn't honor the bet at all.

    I placed this bet 3-4 days before the fight, and granted the odds had shifted quite a bit, and those were the odds at the time I placed the wager.

    I stopped using them after this. Cost me around $2,000.

    Heritage is a solid offshore option behind Bookmaker and BOL. I wish their limits were higher for live betting but you’ve never heard anyone complain about getting paid. They have great weekly contests and I can attest that I’ve won them a few times and was paid out $1000 freeplays so their contests are legit.

    Are you being serious? Gabe may be the biggest pos in the offshore industry and lets the power run to his head. You are 10x better to deal with. that pos should of been fired years ago. Face it your book has gown down hill over the past few years.

    Something has definitely changed in the last year at Heritage. Not sure if it's the rise of legal sportsbook wagering in the US that has eatin into their profits and they have cut back or hired lower quality staff as a result? I've had wagers go ungraded for more than 48 hours after completion, incorrect graded wagers, and less perks than in the past.

    Could someone send a message to heritage insider for me? I logged into my account (94479) today, got into live chat with support and talked about depositing. Fast forward to later that day and I try to log in and get the following message:

    Heritage Insider, I have a request. Few weeks ago I have been moved by the Heritage management to the sister site called Bet105. I am going to be completely honest, Bet105's offering sucks!!

    Heritage was my go to offshore book, and it is sad to see the account moved to a sister site I did not sign up for. I request, would it be possible to move my account back to Heritage main book?

    Be careful and read the fine print when taking advantage of their promotions.

    Heritage offered their "Get Out of Your Bet at the Half" promotion last night - one of the best promotions around. With the game tied in the middle of the 2nd quarter, I looked to get out of my bet. Unfortunately, I could not due to the fact that I had placed my bet on their "New Sports Experience" and not their "Legacy Sports Experience."

    That said, this quirk is clearly stated when clicking into the webpage describing the promotion, which unfortunately I did not do as I have known the mechanics of making and getting out of the bet via this promotion for years, and did not think anything had changed. The onus and fault is on me for not doing this; but this feels like a less than ideal bettor experience when one version of the website can handle the promotion and the other cannot - despite being advertised on both versions.

    If they were trying to stall you to avoid having to payout, that is a scam tactic.

    I made one small test withdrawal (Bitcoin) after being with them for over a year (trying to meet my rollover) and was paid quickly with no issues.
    I'm with them more than 10yrs and never sweat the payout.
