I think I believe you but the op def took a shot and said if Moody loses I'll bitch so lets bet this 6 times. Again I reached out and if it happened to both of you they have to no it happened to others. You may be paid in full and should if it was a glitch. BM has some faults but they won't rip you off. -

Even though at the time of placing the bets I didn't believe they were bad lines, the lines were clearly meant for Moody and Podz as they were in line with other books after checking.
The bets should be voided, not graded as wins (or losses).
It will be hard for many people to report this problem due to the lines only coming out for 10mins before the match started. It also doesn't help that when I refreshed the page 5 mins later, it changed to the correct players.
It resulted in a few people betting the unders once the names were corrected as we pumped the overs incorrectly (I have no evidence to show this part though unfortunately).Leave a comment:

The waiting 29 mins and all that bs makes me feel like you took a shot also. If u bet Hield and it was a mistake they have to no and you deserve to win. Waiting 29 mins when it looked like Hield was dead in the water sparks up debate. Yet he ends up with 21 pts and only has 2 when you report it? Moody had 6. A refund is all I'd give but it has to be more than just you 2 who know this happened. The op doesn't notice its Moody in one of his 6 bets until 29 mins later? I had the exact same issue and got the same response as you. I reported it immediately before the match started.
Hield showed up as Moody and Kuminga showed up as Podziemski.

After thinking more about it, I think it's better for me to just accept this outcome.
But, be aware, after placing a player's prop bet, check your open bets tab and make sure that the player's name is correct.
