Chatted with Fred the main man there.....I logged into my account and still see the balance of 6k. He said they are in the midst of finding a new partner, and apologized for what has transpired, promising to make up for it eventually.
Look, am I happy? of course not. But still being online and accessing account/balance, being apologetic, and explaining the situation somewhat is something to start with. All we've got right now.
Wouldnt give a timeframe said impossible to know right now which is understandable.
We just have to wait and maybe, just maybe will be pleasantly surprised one week. Was told would be emailed updates but again, no timeframe.
So everyone just hand on and lets ee how this plays out by the end of the year. Not much other choice.

I'd suspect Heritage Insider would be quite disturbed to be associated with Youbetonit and if a Heritage employee did penalize an account there for YBOI, that employee would last about 5 mins more in the building once he learned about it.

Obviously someone like Optional would know better than I, but I believe I've heard about some books sharing information on things like players who charge back in the past. Can't say if that sort of thing still goes on and if YBOI has relationships they can exploit in that sense.

Well judging from the lack of posting here I doubt anyone that has had balances due is getting anything.
My guess is they aren't paying any old balances and focusing on going after new deposits. Sad. Just to think how happy I was with them 1.5 years ago.

Every single time I began to doubt them in the past they would pay me. I don't know what to say at this point. Feel bad for the 53k fella. Trust me when I tell you.....I've been there too many times to count or want to remember. Re-building sucks but you can and will do it again. Take it from somebody who has done it numerous times in my career.


I'm still gonna hold out hope that every single person gets paid until they close the site down or stop communication. Once that happens we will move on.

I get the same feeling but the lack of recent payments is very alarming. I agree with the poster who said they should pay something, even $300, to each owed player each week.

this conversation right here should be enough to turn any potential customer away. the fact that they are tracking who is considering making a deposit, and getting on people's cases who don't, says enough about their business model. giving someone a hard time about not depositing their account? they can't have a lot of customers if that is on their mind. whether a customer deposits or not, should not be a concern to them. they should have enough cashflow going through that they shouldn't even remember a conversation like this. the wording of this conversation shows true unprofessionalism by YBOI. if BOL or BM ever spoke to me like this, that would be the end of my relationship with them. i hope you guys get your money back and i really hope no one makes another deposit with them again

Exactly. Although i will give them this. Some books when they see they are not going to get your money get aggressive and nasty . They did not do that . But that could have been because of here. They know we go on here and say everything that happens and they did not want to rock the boat anymore.

Ive rushed to report each payment for their efforts but Im not going to lie and say everything is great on the length/timeframe and what remains. Cant speak for anyone else except myself. I had a balance of 28,000 since Tampa beat KC in super bowl (15 months?). After losing on about 7-8 consecutive deposits IN FULL to start account, each consisting of 2-3k deposits +bonuses (all lost before the run), made the run from 3 or 4k to 28k.
I have gotten paid down to 6000 in one year, but nothing paid approx the past 2 months.
Lately, told several times something soon but judging by this threads' last 2 pages Im not holding my breath and not asking anymore. Im really worn beyond belief out.
Relieved got 22k out, but 6000 is still a LOT of money for me and it hurts. Not to mention the agonizing mental pain and frustration the past year and a half coming up on now.
I was praying this would end well for players and the book, but no news is not good news. Hope Im proven wrong in the near future. Good luck.
