Thanks, Jedi. I am indeed lucky that I received the 3k payout just prior to NFL starting--it came at a time I really needed it. FWIW, YBOI has also recently reached out with a commitment to pay my remaining 7k balance, though details on that have yet to be discussed. The fact that they approached me on the subject is encouraging, but I know it'll take some time. So, I'll be "walking" away from YBOI, a mutual decision, hopefully paid in full some time in the future. I wish that for everyone else in my situation as well.

There is definitely a new partner aboard (thus the recent bigger than normal payouts). However, I suspect he has shallow pockets too so the Book remains seriously under-funded. IMO, YBOI will never return to the respectable book it was 3 years ago when I joined. It should be avoided.
