I just got 2k today......communication through the process was again solid. Would I like to see the speed pick up? Sure, but once again it was roughly 5 business days. I absolutely do not believe its a lack of money or funding on their end. I think it's a small book that experienced quite a bit of growth that has struggled to figure out moving large sums of money quickly. Could I be dead wrong? Sure, but this book has paid and paid and paid and paid me. I will continue to use them until they either cut my limits or show me the door. Their opinionated lines and multiple live options will keep me.

I'm not too sure about this. Why would sending 2K in BTC take 14 days? Seems more like a liquidity issue.

I got a 4k withdraw last week......and yes they are backed up on getting btc out. Small shop problems....I don't think it's a funds thing, I just think they got crushed a couple weeks back and didn't have the ability to pay everything next day like they normally do. Those guys answered every text/email/call and were incredibly honest about what was happening and very apologetic for taking longer than their norm. I enjoy the book and their lines.....especially the duel live betting option that they have. I am going to continue using them for as long as they will have me. I am up a significant sum on these guys and zero limit cuts......the only thing I get is a congratulations and my money......except this time it took an extra few days. I can live with it for sure.

good info in this thread. in fairness, newer and smaller books pretty much have to offer big bonuses to get customers over there. The rollover usually tells the story between scam and legit. This is a mountain of a rollover for big bonuses so it is probably legit, and multiple payout reports with no real complaints... might be a good book. as long as they tell you ahead of time about what payout maximums are then its fine.

Totally agree. No book should take 9 days or more to pay. Even the much maligned BetPhoenix just paid me within 2 days.
Youbetonit has called me more times in the last two months begging for deposits than the other 30 books I have had accounts with have called me altogether over a 20 year period. Reeks of desperation to me.

Made another withdraw this week. Requested 2k Monday and was paid $1981.92 (value when received) I really can't think of anything to bitch about with this book. I've cashed out 5k so far.
