The WSEX payout restrictions and slowness are surely for the purpose of trying to stall off bankruptcy. Too bad WSEX has been unable to understand that the policies cost them their customer base, hastening the very bankruptcy WSEX was trying to stall.

Been waiting 80 days and counting Gosh I remember when 30 days was aggravating.... now this is just numbing.

Might be time to change the name of this thread to "Wsex no pay updates"

This is becoming more and more disappointing. I go nuts on WSEX for the past year and start withdrawing my money only to encounter this. Do I dare try to make another transfer into MB? They allowed my initial deposits via CC to be over-ridden by a supervisor. I guess it couldn't hurt to see if I can transfer another max amount. I think my betting career comes to end if I don't see this money. Roll-over 4x which will take my betting style anywhere from 1-3 months assuming I win. It's like playing with monopoly money on WSEX and imaginary money on MB that is mine, but isn't - whats the difference at this point?

Adding insult to injruy I blew 2k on the worst MB live line ever, since i was so bummed out. Then, as if that wasn't enough I throw down 400 on an under of the cavs/bulls game last night by mistake. I set the line at -177 (meant to put it on the over) and the stupid shit matches my bet with a +130 on the under. Aye yi yii.

One other thing. Why does WSEX not transfer CC deposits? Would it matter if it's debit?

Just received an email from WSEX with a FedEx Tracking Number! According to the FedEx system I'm supposed to have it on Tuesday. I'll post again when received. The request for funds was place on February 8th. Thanks to Josh for assisting.

Well a bit of positive news. I just got a tracking number for a check for $2,950. Still have two other checks o/s, but at least got one from early March. Thanks to Josh and hope others will have some luck getting funds as well.

Yeah I posted last week that I'm admitting I was offbase, sucks to admit it but I fully own up to being wrong on this. I have done business with WSEX, Pinny, CRIS and Greek for so long I really thought I would have no problems with any of them. I really believed all of us would be safe in these books. I was getting payouts and they were slow but you could tell they were having problems with processors so I stubbornly believed they would clear all this up just as they said, they just needed time. I always liked how they did business, once as a mod at the RX I handled a dispute concerning WSEX and their guy told me that he felt the ruling should favor the player. If somehow the player didn't win they were going to throw that 50k in a contest for the forum because although the player broke the rules they didn't believe the money belonged to them. Real class outift, always was. Now I don't know what to believe, I have to say I urge everyone to stay away from this place until they get it cleared up, if ever that even happens.

BTW they returned my email from yesterday and told me they were just informed a processor they were using suddenly stopped working with them. Of course my check was in the batch they were running, LOL. I was further told they have found a new replacement and will resume running the batch next week. Mine was from 1/10 I think, I do notice others from that time frame haven't got their money yet but some after that date have gotten paid. Is it possible they are telling the truth? After getting the run-around so long who knows what to believe at this point. One thing for sure 3 months and counting for a 3 digit payout is absurd. I still hope everyone gets paid, I'd hate to see WSEX go out this way as they were one of my favorite books for years. Tough to see what they've become of late.....

Which withdrawal option did u use, regular mail or courier ? Still waiting on Jan.6th regular mail request . Even-thought they stated that they upgraded all regular mail withdrawal to be sent via FedEx free of charge. What a joke .

all gamblers are specting difficult times getting their money back... low season started, that means that books will start delaying money from been sent to customers until high season starts again....

These things happen every year..., we should learn about this..., and request all money after superbowl day....

its better to lose some games, than not receiving the money at all....

I am still waiting for 5 payout requests from October, SIX MONTHS AGO!!!. I have asked repeatedly for WSEX to allow me to transfer to matchbook, or send multiple payouts together, but they refuse.

Josh has helped me receive some of the payouts, but it has been a month since I received the last one, at this rate, it will take me well over one year to get paid out. I see several others received recent payouts, hopefully I'll get one of them soon.

Why can't you cancel your pending checks and transfer to Matchbook? Did you deposit via credit card or is this something else?

Yes, they pulled the "you used a credit card, so you can never do a transfer again" on me.

Check for $3,000 received today! Original request was Feb 8th. They have also allowed me to transfer some funds to Matchbook, so I am just waiting on a check for $1,700. I used the "courier" option, but that didn't help speed up the process it only allowed them to bilk me for $50. They also charge $50 for each transfer to Matchbook. I'm disappointed in the wait time and I am hopefull I'll get the remaining $1,700. This was a great book for a longtime it is sad to see them handle longtime customers this way.

Well after 83 days I finally received my payment.

In the email they asked me to "cash it as soon as possible" Ya like after waiting close to 3 months for it I'm going to let in sit around for a few more


We'll lets continue the clock on my next one which is already 42 days out......

A little generic for my liking, but we'll see if I can receive at least one courier check this week. Regardless... looks like they're paying out, so this is encouraging.

SBR should have a News Wire update in the next couple days on WSEX. I can say the positive is that they have made about nine payments that I was updated on and confirmed.

Bad news is the mean time for request to payment has moved from month and a half quickly to two months and will be at two and a half months soon. Those with large balances continue to be slow payed the most with payments going back to October.

I am currently tracking 25 complaints. Unless there is some type of buyout or infusion of cash, I see this slow pay lasting quite a while.

The email sent to Trumpdown hints at what I have been told by a couple sources, but I have heard it before, so until I see players actually getting paid, I won't believe that some mass catchup of payment is going to happen. But one can of course hope.

WSEX send me this when i asked about my 2/24 withdrawl. not sure why , but i feel better about this response than i did about the other 2. all 3 have no real infomation,timeframes.

Yes , the U.S. Gov. Has been cracking down on Internet sports gaming and it getting harder for WSEX to funnel money to the states . But for some reason this is the only major sportsbook having this problem. Go figure
