Yes BetDSI have unusual and unexpected bonus terms that have caught plenty of people out over the years.

But what you describe is covered in their terms and conditions.

Betters beware! Do NOT use this site ! They multiple bonuses . So example deposit 500 and receive 500. I did multiple deposits , they don’t explain you have to complete all the rollovers before you are able to cash out , fine . So they have the bonus section and the cashier section , today I had 19000 in my bonus section , you convert the bonus to the cashier . Today they manually converted the bonus and added 10000 . I said I had 19000 in there , and they said yes you can onlyConcert 10k from bonus. So i said ok then please put the bonus back and they would not do it . These scam artists will literally rob your money . Normally any site would say ok we are going to convert but you can only take out 10000 , don’t you think I would have left it in there and tried to at least wager with it ?

As of today, they will not let you use bonus balance to bet moneylines. This includes baseball and hockey, which are essentially moneyline bets mainly. Site continues to go backwards.

They definitely pay. They'll make you jump through hoops, but I've cashed out a ton w/ them. The main thing to keep in mind is the $100 rule to calculate rollover. Only the first $100 of any bet counts towards rollover.

THANK YOU for posting that! And, even the contest rules don't say the points must be rolled over 3X. IF this contest rules said it was a 3X rollover, I wouldn't have a problem, but they don't say that. It's just another excuse they've given me to not pay me a measly few hundred dollars. At first, they tried to say that the points weren't even "legitimate." They were asking me how they got into my account, as I went in and added them myself.

EXACTLY!! It says 1X! I've asked them to show me where in their TOS it says the points are a 3x rollover. They have failed to show me. It's just another excuse to not pay. This book is nothing but a problem.

Yeah, it won't let me. It says that I don't have enough funds to request the withdrawal. Such BS. Clearly, they went into my account and made it so I can't request the withdrawal. I wish I could post a screenshot in here so I can show you. It's just frustrating. I've ran it up to a decent amount, but it's taking every bone in my body to not just unload the whole thing and be done with it. But I know that's exactly what they want me to do.

Yea they are not my first choice. I continue to look for the better bonuses and typically get offered decent offers . Not that they do not have decent offers at times but the bonus structure sucks there. If i take a 100% cash bonus i want it on my cash amount not a totally separate area . Plus a big problem was some people took longshots with their FP and hit a bigger hit then DSI said they had to rollover the total amount so if you had a 100% FP 20xs roll and hit a game at +300 and won $500 they would day you had to rollover the $300 20xs. So i just avoid them mostly. But once in awhile i throw $45 -$50 to blow in casino because i had luck in there in the past . But that has changed too.

Other then that honestly this has been a rough year. My bad luck started at the beginning of last year. This year has been the worst ever i have only cashed out i believe $34000 . I have misses a TON of games for decent payouts. A TON of big games were all winning at half like Overs and a ton of them found ways to lose . Like needing 47 for an Over and scoring 38 first Half and still losing. But not one here and there it has been a lot .

It has gotten SO BAD that i recognized certain things keep happening which is why i always say i am cursed. I have lost a Ton of games by 1 . Does not matter whet it is NBA,MLB,COLLEGE AND NFL , NHL, doesnt matter as soon as i see i need 1 i start to panic. The 8th Inning in MLB games have killed me. The third Qtrs in NFL and College have killed me. A Ton of TDs taken away from penaltys. Refs never helping only hurting 80% of the times. Bad clock mgmt , Dumb Coach calls.

On top of all this My Mil passed away i liked her got along with her so that was rough. And while out there for the funeral we end up getting Covid. I still cannot shake the symptoms totally although at least i tested and do not have it still.

So idk i feel like giving up like i am fighting an unseen force. Easily if these games at least if half would have won i would be looking at another $20000 at least . It is crazy.

But at least i will always have SBR and Sasquatch .Hope you are doing well my friend.

Oh, I didn't know that. I'll have to look tomorrow because I just saw your message and it's not during payout hours. I'll look tomorrow and let you know what it says. Although, I don't know how it could possibly say anything different than what it says under the "Bonuses" tab. Does it ever show anything different than what's listed in the bonuses tab??? Thanks for letting me know!

Nope. No pending bets. What did you mean when you said "what's it say when you show details in the cashier?" That's how I know it's just them not wanting to pay it out. The rules in the contest don't say the bonus points comes with a 3x rollover. The bonus is showing 100% completed. It shows the bonus as a 1X. But they're just saying that it's an actually a 3x rollover. Like I said before, TWO CS reps have told me it's a 1x rollover before today, but once I completed the rollover, it miraculously moves to a 3x rollover. I've asked them to show me in the rules of the contest where it says the prize comes with a 3x rollover, and they have yet to show me where it states that. IF it was a 3x rollover, wouldn't the bonus say 3x under the "bonus" tab??? They're just blatant liars.

Ok, so if it really was a 3x rollover, don't you think they'd put it in the rules of the contest? Nowhere in the rules does it say there is a 3x rollover. Also, if it really was a 3x rollover, why would it show a 1x rollover when I claimed the bonus points? LOL. Do you really think it's just a mix up? LOL. But yeah, go ahead and play at a book that just makes the rules up as they go. They damn well know they're lying. And why do you think TWO different CS reps confirmed it was a 1x rollover, but once I've completed the rollover, they say it's a "mistake" and that it's actually a 3x rollover? And the bonus even clearly shows that it's a 1X rollover. This is what shitty books do. They use these tactics to not not pay.

Oh yeah, I counted the LOWER portion of every wager. They even confirmed I wagered $171 of a $150 bonus with 1x rollover. But, somehow, $171 only completes 77% of a $150 1X rollover. The numbers don't even make sense at all. if you do the math, $171 would be 77% of $222. The $222 rollover doesn't even make sense! And when I ask them to explain how the math works, they just don't respond. I'm 100000% convinced that this is just one of their stall tactics to not pay people. I got pissed and unloaded my whole account this afternoon on a bet, which won. The rollover shows 100% completed on my account, but they tell me that it's incorrect. Hahaha. Whatever. I don't even care about the money at this point, I just want people to see that if they're trying to stall paying out a measly $290, they sure as hell are going to try and pull some bullshit if someone is trying to cash out 5 figures. I have already caught them in 4 different lies about my account and the bonus. ALL of which they can't even show me concrete proof that I'm incorrect. Whenever I email them asking for them to do so, they just don't respond back. They know, and I know that they use these as scam tactics to not pay out. They hope people will just give up and donk off the rest of their account or just give up and say screw it.

Did you count only what was wagered? Like most they will use the lower between the wager and payout.

IF you do decide to play there for some crazy reason and you decide to take a bonus (which I HIGHLY suggest you don't,) calculate your rollover on your own because what they have is WRONG. I have wagered $171, which they confirmed, on a $150 1X bonus, and they say that I have completed 77%. I wish I wouldn't have even wasted my time with this BS

    Betdsi scam

Here's ANOTHER reason to avoid BETDSI at all costs.

This past weekend, I logged into my account and saw that I had 150,000 loyalty points. I emailed customer service to ask them what the rollover was on the loyalty points, and they emailed me back saying it was a 1x rollover on loyalty points. So I cashed them in. When I received the bonus, it showed the rollover progress was 1x. Fast forward to today, I noticed that the rollover progress showed 77% despite having completed the rollover. So I got on live chat and the guy tells me "You haven't completed the rollover. The rollover is $220." The bonus was $150 at 1X. I'm not a mathematician, but according to my calculator, the rollover should be $150. So I get back onto a live chat a couple hours later and the CS agent starts asking me how I got the bonus points as if I went in and added them in myself. LOL. My account is frozen at this point. A couple hours later, I get an email saying that I got the points from a contest and that the rollover is actually 3X. We're talking about $150, not $10k!!!!! Don't even waste your time or money at this joke of a site. If they're trying to not pay on $150, they're clearly not going to pay you out a significant amount of money!!

How can you just change the rollover requirement AFTER it's been confirmed by two people and what it shows on my account?!!!!

He is probably just mad about risking the payment account they are using and being a dick to you for it.

If you respond that you now know it was an error and won't make that mistake again there is a chance he will just credit it instead of refunding.

If you are in a state where you are stuck using offshore, I'd avoid BetDSI anyway. They are known to take things personally and not always act fairly when a problem comes up.

    BetDsi

I have been playing periodically with BetDSI for several years. I deposited $100 via Zelle on Monday (9/16/24) and a 'Brian' at BetDSI stated that because I put 'parlay' in the memo section of the Zelle, they could not accept the funds (although they were already accepted by BetDSI, so I could not cancel it). They stated they would Zelle me back the money, which of course they never did. I've inquired with 'Brain' via email about the refund on numerous occasions, and BetDSI has gone underground. This is a minor $100 deposit, but know who you are dealing with! They are SCAMMERS, so stay far away from this shady outfit.

I've been paid a couple of times in the last two years totaling somewhere between $8K and $10K and they actually paid very quickly. I was surprised how simple the payouts went as I was anticipating it being a long drawn out struggle.

I don't know if I got lucky but they definitely paid out very quickly for me but I have been a member since it was DSI.
