Bringing this back from the dead since I’m going to reload there for a bonus. Wasn’t there some issue for folks who deposited, say $500 and got a 100% bonus where they limited your bet amounts or something?

#212They are not very fair minded is the biggest issue. If they decide to limit you or punish you it very often seems unreasonable how far they go.
Other traps to watch out for are a max win total from a bonus for people who joined after a certain date a few years back, and once you have completed the bonus rollover and transfer funds to your cash account you must do another 1x rollover of that amount before being able to withdraw..Comment -

#215Gave me a $500 bonus about 8 years ago then took it away after I lost the $500 i deposited, claiming I was up lifetime. Maybe I was up, but had bet about 500 grand in two years. Seems to me only a fool gives up that kind of action. Never played there again although they are still emailing me bonus offers. What do they expect, me to deposit again so they can take the bonus away again? But they did send me a nice XMAS gift basket from some deli in NYC a few years ago.Comment -

#216BetDSI is horrible. They are desperate and likely do not have funds to pay. They slowed paid me forever and then tried to create fake KYC requirements and delays and finally they made up fake fees. They had one W/D option BTC, then they asked for my wallet about 10x and made up excuse after excuse, finally severely short paying me. Do not play here. They are hoping for deposits during the superbowl to make them whole, but I would not take the risk. They show the clear red flags of low liquidity and new out of business.Comment -

#219BetDSI Scam - $7000
I recently created a BetDSI Account after reading about them on Reddit and SBR, where users claimed they had good bonuses and offered quick payouts. I deposited $1000 and got a deposit match for my bonus. Everything seemed ok so far. I went on a good run and rode this bonus up to over $8k. I still had some rollover to meet, but I did my research and found that BetDSI only allows you to convert a maximum of $10k Bonus to Cash; any remaining Bonus is Forfeited. This is allegedly in their T&Cs, which was not mentioned at all when first inquiring about the Bonus. Nonetheless, with this in mind, I was a bit worried about overshooting the $10k mark.I completed the rollover finally after about a month and was left with $7k in my cash balance. I now attempted to make my first withdrawal. About a week in, I had heard nothing from their support team despite submitting the request with my payout information. I contacted their live support who said I'd hear by email from their team.About 1 day later the Fraud Department reaches out, claiming there was "information not matching in the account". They proceed to name-drop some random names and ask me about it. I obviously tell them I have no idea what those names are, and am happy to verify the name I registered with, which was also visible in my account settings. They ask for a phone bill and some ID documents, everything which I provide and which matches the name on file for my account. Yet they persist saying that there's another name registered under my account. For context, I never heard of these guys till a month ago and obviously had never signed up until now. This email belongs to me and only me and has never been associated with BetDSI before. Finally, after a lot of prodding and contacting their customer live chat and demanding an answer over email I receive an email about 10 days later saying my account has been closed for "multiple accounts" and my winnings removed. Can't say I didn't expect this to happen the moment I received the first email from their "fraud department", but for someone with a seemingly good reputation, this was a laughably poor attempt to scam someone. I can only imagine what their situation looks like if they're going to these lengths to avoid sending $7k.

#224I really do not play there as much they used to be one of my favorites with good bonuses then they went out on their own years ago and bonuses changed where people got screwed. If i do play it is a small amount in casino then switch to sports and had a couple $2000 cashouts that i did get paid by from them. But they are at the bottom of my list most days.Comment -

#228BETDSI refusing to pay $20,400
I'm currently dealing with a frustrating situation with BETDSI. I'm a fairly new customer, I signed up back in May of this year with a sports welcome offer. Unfortunately, I didn't have much luck, and I quickly lost the bonus funds with the deposit. They continuously offered what seemed to be generous offers, so I kept playing with them testing my luck depositing with multiple offers, I've never had any luck and always lost the bonus funds with each deposit. At one point I had made 5 deposits with their respective offers and rollovers to meet which is when I first noticed I had to meet these rollovers regardless of my completely losing my bonus funds. Fair enough I had to meet these rollovers to withdraw my main account funds which I managed to get at its highest to 24k. Just before completing the first rollover, I was hit with a bet limit of $250 per bet slip. When I asked support for an explanation, they stated that their site was only for recreational gamblers. This was frustrating, considering how much I had already lost with them. Despite these new limits, I managed to clear the first rollover of $57,800. However, I still had four other rollovers to meet, totaling about $80,000. After clearing just one of the five deposit rollovers, I found that I was suddenly unable to place any more bets. When I contacted support, they were frustratingly unhelpful. After trying to get information from them multiple times, I started taking screenshots of the conversations. They basically told me they knew nothing and gave me an email to contact. They also claimed that this email had initially reached out to me, which I can confidently say is a lie. So, this was my situation: no email, no helpful information from chat support, and the only way I found out I was unable to bet was when I tried to place a bet and received a message saying my account did not have permission to place wagers. After many repetitive emails to their fraud department, I finally got a response stating that my account had been closed due to "multiple related accounts and associated irregularities," and they went ahead and removed my winnings from my account. I now have lost complete access to my account. This is complete nonsense. I only have, and ever had, one account with them, and I deeply regret making multiple deposits without confirming they payout first. The bonus offers seemed too tempting at the time. Is there anything I can do to get the full amount back? Please help. I've attached screenshots of the emails, chat logs and rollovers requirements. https://imgur.com/a/HusraqnComment -

#229You likely have 500k of rollover to go with limited bets so I don't anticipate this ending well even if you can prove the rest to be legit. Picked the wrong site to either take a big bonus and/or stack bonuses without going bust. Plenty of horror stories about their fine print bonus structure.Comment -

I haven't spoken to them in over 3 years now, but if nothing has changed they see you as the enemy who is always trying to cheat them, so it's just fine for them to take any advantage of you where they can.
It worked for them whilst there was no alternative for USA players, and it seems they don't know how to make a profit any other way as these type of stories continue still..Comment -

The tricky bonus terms catch out a lot of people. If you got caught out there, these people are very unlikely to change their ruling or show any good will.
Multiple related accounts, who knows with them. Could be as innocent as having purchased crypto at the same place as someone else. They will normally have some tenuous excuse to accuse you of that once they get sick of arguing with you.
Try to choose books who are at least regulated somewhere if you cannot access licensed US books in your state.

#233I've been paid a couple of times in the last two years totaling somewhere between $8K and $10K and they actually paid very quickly. I was surprised how simple the payouts went as I was anticipating it being a long drawn out struggle.

I have been playing periodically with BetDSI for several years. I deposited $100 via Zelle on Monday (9/16/24) and a 'Brian' at BetDSI stated that because I put 'parlay' in the memo section of the Zelle, they could not accept the funds (although they were already accepted by BetDSI, so I could not cancel it). They stated they would Zelle me back the money, which of course they never did. I've inquired with 'Brain' via email about the refund on numerous occasions, and BetDSI has gone underground. This is a minor $100 deposit, but know who you are dealing with! They are SCAMMERS, so stay far away from this shady outfit.Comment -

#236He is probably just mad about risking the payment account they are using and being a dick to you for it.
If you respond that you now know it was an error and won't make that mistake again there is a chance he will just credit it instead of refunding.
If you are in a state where you are stuck using offshore, I'd avoid BetDSI anyway. They are known to take things personally and not always act fairly when a problem comes up..Comment -

#237Betdsi scam
Here's ANOTHER reason to avoid BETDSI at all costs.
This past weekend, I logged into my account and saw that I had 150,000 loyalty points. I emailed customer service to ask them what the rollover was on the loyalty points, and they emailed me back saying it was a 1x rollover on loyalty points. So I cashed them in. When I received the bonus, it showed the rollover progress was 1x. Fast forward to today, I noticed that the rollover progress showed 77% despite having completed the rollover. So I got on live chat and the guy tells me "You haven't completed the rollover. The rollover is $220." The bonus was $150 at 1X. I'm not a mathematician, but according to my calculator, the rollover should be $150. So I get back onto a live chat a couple hours later and the CS agent starts asking me how I got the bonus points as if I went in and added them in myself. LOL. My account is frozen at this point. A couple hours later, I get an email saying that I got the points from a contest and that the rollover is actually 3X. We're talking about $150, not $10k!!!!! Don't even waste your time or money at this joke of a site. If they're trying to not pay on $150, they're clearly not going to pay you out a significant amount of money!!
How can you just change the rollover requirement AFTER it's been confirmed by two people and what it shows on my account?!!!!Comment -

#238IF you do decide to play there for some crazy reason and you decide to take a bonus (which I HIGHLY suggest you don't,) calculate your rollover on your own because what they have is WRONG. I have wagered $171, which they confirmed, on a $150 1X bonus, and they say that I have completed 77%. I wish I wouldn't have even wasted my time with this BSComment -

#240Oh yeah, I counted the LOWER portion of every wager. They even confirmed I wagered $171 of a $150 bonus with 1x rollover. But, somehow, $171 only completes 77% of a $150 1X rollover. The numbers don't even make sense at all. if you do the math, $171 would be 77% of $222. The $222 rollover doesn't even make sense! And when I ask them to explain how the math works, they just don't respond. I'm 100000% convinced that this is just one of their stall tactics to not pay people. I got pissed and unloaded my whole account this afternoon on a bet, which won. The rollover shows 100% completed on my account, but they tell me that it's incorrect. Hahaha. Whatever. I don't even care about the money at this point, I just want people to see that if they're trying to stall paying out a measly $290, they sure as hell are going to try and pull some bullshit if someone is trying to cash out 5 figures. I have already caught them in 4 different lies about my account and the bonus. ALL of which they can't even show me concrete proof that I'm incorrect. Whenever I email them asking for them to do so, they just don't respond back. They know, and I know that they use these as scam tactics to not pay out. They hope people will just give up and donk off the rest of their account or just give up and say screw it.Comment -

There are plenty of books that play games when they give you something for free via contest or "free bet". Generally not worth your time to do it. But this wasn't a bonus as you mentioned and then later noted yourself. They are known for having insane rollovers when you take a big deposit and other fine print tricks though fwiw.Comment -
