#5login issues from over a year ago, and 2 somewhat strange no-pays from 8 months ago are what is keeping them at D+??
since then it looks like everyone has been getting paid... any updates on those no-pays?Comment -

#7but there also haven't been full blasts all over the place, which i sure would be doing if owed $23kOriginally posted by OptionalI am not aware of them ever being paid. If they have it hasn't been on the news wire or posted about here.
8 months without any additional slow pays or no pays should mean an upgrade right? having them below betus (who has stiffed a lot more than 2 or 3 people) is downright silly and hurts the credibility of the ratings systemComment -

#8DSI has been running odd deposit bonuses too I believe? I think there's a 100% Reup Bonus Max $500. That's just unusual.Originally posted by milwaukee mikebut there also haven't been full blasts all over the place, which i sure would be doing if owed $23k

#9There seems to be a few people with their nose out of joint over the big drop. It seemed a fast, big change to me too. But given they were near perfect for years under CRIS, and since that time changed to treating people like crap, not paying, imposing tiny limits on people ALA the typical scammer book MO, I lean on trusting that SBR knew there was a major problem in the making there. And yeah, I am biased. So take my opinion with a grain of salt, it's just an opinion. I don't know more than you.Originally posted by milwaukee mikebut there also haven't been full blasts all over the place, which i sure would be doing if owed $23k

Plus regular posts complaining about the new website, refusals to honor bonus deals or refund the deposit made for it and limiting people to silly maxs like 50 bucks.
I'm not arguing for the big ratings drop, I did not do it, but you people acting like SBR is out of their minds are the ones that really sound like you are being paid to say silly stuff.
There is an obvious drop in the fairness of management decisions there since the split from CRIS.
And some of you acting like DSI is fine, are the same people who would be screaming blacklisting is the only option (and SBR must be being paid not to do that) for any other book who had stolen 5 figures from a player..Comment -

#15I read those 3 complaints, they are from 4-5 months ago and don't seem to be too big of a deal - it looks like they were all paid except the guy with 100k who can't use his bank account - don't see that has betdsi's fault. There's no doubt the book is not run as well as when it was a part of betcris but I haven't seen any major complaints in the last several months of people who aren't getting paid. Nobody should ever deposit and expect to receive a bonus without contacting customer service first unless the bonus is part of the deposit process.Comment -

#18Apart from the couple of big money complaints they had, most of the feedback is just about niggly issues like the bonus stuff and limits. Maybe D is a bit low for them in my mind too, but nothing has happened in the last 2 or 3 months to justify an upgrade either.Originally posted by thomorinoI read those 3 complaints, they are from 4-5 months ago and don't seem to be too big of a deal - it looks like they were all paid except the guy with 100k who can't use his bank account - don't see that has betdsi's fault. #22Obviously DSI is no longer A+, but they certainly are not D+ either. The downgrades they received last year were way overdone and somewhat vindictive due to lost sponsorship. JMO, but I think they are actually in the C+/B- range.Comment -

#23I feel DSI should be graded as a C book. But think about it... with so many other books to choose from.... why would you waste your time with a C Book? My feeling on this.... what happens if you get HOT this football season and turn 1k into 20k. Good luck trying to get it out. It's not worth the headache.Comment -

#24But think about the other side of your example. Maybe I'll play with a C Book (your rating which I think is a fair assessment of DSI), because I can turn that 1k into 20k as you suggest, something I likely couldn't do with an A+ Book. Granted there's extra risk with a C Book--perhaps 5-10% of busting in the next year. Still, wouldn't you take the risk for that much reward. I would.Originally posted by TheMoneyShotI feel DSI should be graded as a C book. But think about it... with so many other books to choose from.... why would you waste your time with a C Book? #26Basically they are complete morons. Instead of running bots on poker, rigging live dealers, taking shots on -ev small market bets, rejecting -ev live bets, making payouts painfully cumbersome, or juicing up profitable props to become finanically stable they just stiffed customers. Cmon DSI get ur head out of your ass and start acting like an A+ book.Comment
