After alot of opinions from members on this site I filed a complaint against betdsi and I thought I was let everyone know how they are treating a new customer.
Made my account a few weeks ago. I deposited about 80 dollars bitcoin with no bonuses. Why i went with bitcoin? I was told it was the fastest and easiest way to send receive funds/winnings from a sportsbook without problems. I got the account up to more than 7k in a few days betting college basketball. Saturday night I request a payout for 5k since that is the max they offer on a btc payout. They cancel my request and tell me I need to send verification in.
I first send in my govt issued license, and a bill to my house. I am told over email by their accounting dept " documents on file ". I make another payout for 5k and I log in and see the 5k is out of my account and getting ready for bitcoin. WOW, great I said. That wasn't too bad. The next morning , the money is back on my account and my payout was rejected again. I now get emailed that they need another bill and a selfie holding my license up close. Sure I said, not even ten minutes go by, I send my selfie holding the license under my face and a tax statement, chase bank statement and another bill with my verified address on it. I call customer service, speak to Damien over the phone after he gets in touch with docverification and he tells me we have everything on file we need, you will have your money tomorrow , congrats on the winnings.

Fast toward to tuesday evening, I request another payout again for 5000$BTC. Live chat tells me in order to get the $they just have to verify it's me, can I please email docverification and say the amount and btc address.. ? I said sure I send an email and then I get told to leave a number so they can contact me at. Leave my cell phone #, get a call I verify the transaction again and they said I should receive it we hours after it is taken from my account.

Fast forward to Wednesday night, I check history of my btc to see if they have even got to my payout and it doesent even say pending . I send an email and I am being told now I need a landline bill. I said I don't have a landline bill , I live in an apartment, I have my cell phone bill which you called me on which I can provide a bill to if you find that necessary. After a talk with management, I am told to wait until they reach back. While I'm waiting I call my electric company, get a utility bill for my electric for the last 3 months and send them my geico insurance document. Both legitimate bills with verified address on it. I even state I can show you my passport along with my govt issued I'd.

They receive all documents and their last question is can you send a bill for the number you listed on your account when you made it. I was respectfully honest with them and said I can't send a bill for that #, I am a nurse in a hospital setting and I didn't want to be getting calls and being associated with a gambling hotline. I mean call me crazy but I don't want others in my personal life thinking I'm A degenerate gambler. I said I am willing to provide the cell phone bill I use everyday which you called me on to prove my address and I will do a Skype video of me walking into my address or send what ever document you need that I haven't sent already. I have NOTHING TO HIDE.

After several hours I am sent by their docverification this message

I have no intention of making another bet until i get paid. I wanted my free and fast bitcoin payout which in the rules it clearly states im eligible for.

And keep in mind. Ach payouts for them are 140$ fee for every 1000$ and it's once a week. So I would have to spend 980$ just to get the funds I plan on taking out and wait two months ? How is this right or justified. I signed up using bitcoin for this very exact reason. Free and fast and can request one a day

DSI has gone right down the drain. Seems SBR did know more than most of us to have downgraded them so fast and so far.

Yes I am as laid back as they come, but everyone has their breaking point. I just want to be treated fair. I feel like a prisoner I've sent over so many documents i didn't even have to just to get my point across. 🙄

That definitely is the coup de grace for me. I was thinking of giving them a chance as OSGA was fond of them but now there is no chance I will be sending my hard earned money there after already being burned by another D rated book (CRSPORTSBET).

No parlays or anything special. Just a few all in bets my first few plays then eventually slowed it down and just had a great run down the stretch .. it kills me I can't bet on the game's this weekend because I have little faith I will even get my hard earned money from them

I just saw this post . Thanks for responding. I had no conflicting details other than the phone number I listed. I told them a legitimate reason why I listed that phone number as I stated. I told them along with every single document I sent them I would provide the bill for the number they call me on. I haven't been notified about a bank transfer. They haven't responded to my emails .. can you please follow up about this ?

I went to school for 7 years to be a nurse practitioner. I am not going to have a sportsbook call my job and me tell them secret passwords etc and risk my profession. Everything was the exact truth I sent 8 documents and told them I'd do anything including a Skype chat of me walking into my home with my address on my license.

But here's an update

Bryan from the payout dept emailed me and asked for my wire information so I would assume the process is starting soon . Funds are in my account still they let me request 5k. I will keep everyone posted , thanks to sbr I got a response atleast. Let's see if I get it now *fingers crossed*

I have not said a word either way about the rating change in months. In fact this might be the first time I have given any form of opinion on DSI since then.

Do an advanced search on me + "DSI" and see for yourself.

Sticking your fingers in your ears and claiming you (and I??) know nothing after the situation has been explained is just childish. Don't make a judgement if you do not want to, but claiming everyone else should not be able to because you are too thick to understand what is going on in front of you is just lame.
