I personally lost my entire balance with DSI, I actually really liked DSI and played with them for a while a few years but wasn't unable to cash out and get any winnings - just to forewarn some people how about a bad experience that I hope doesn't happen to them

Has anybody tried to get a bitcoin payout today? When you try to type in your bitcoin address, it automatically capitalizes everything. Pretty sure Bitcoin wallet address is case sensitive. Tried copy and paste, but it was still all capitals.

Never heard of them before this. Did a search and found a post where Optional confirmed some connection between the two.

With this move, DSI is an A book and betluckys would have to be a solid B.

Still waiting for them to correct my account balance, it should be 500 GBP but its 13 GBP, they have still not graded my pending bets and they have been giving me half an hour window since yesterday and saying it will be done on priority and all of that but nothing yet.

I doubt they are going to process any payouts until they sort out the account balances of the customers which will take them until tomorrow, may be after that things will return to normal.

yea account balances are still messed up. spoke to them on the phone earlier and she said something along the lines of "they're telling us by tonight it should be squared away but it's more likely it'll be done by tomorrow"

Wow. That is interesting. Will be interesting to see what kind of bonuses they offer and lines they put up. Something tells me they are still going to be exactly like Bookmaker.

If the early signs are anything to go by then it certainly does not look promising, just had a look at a few of the basketball games they are offering in play and the odds for the totals are 1.83 Over/Under..... going along the same lines as bet365, badly juiced.

Went to sleep with a couple thousand in account, woke up and my balance is like -900 (negative).

Support says it'll be fixed but I'm sure they don't know what's going on on the backend.

Whole process is annoying and the site looks worse than before. Hopefully the kinks are gone today but not hopeful.

Balance is not correct, it's all wacky, the numbers don't add up..now it says there's $700ish pending but there's actually $200 when I click into it. It's all out of whack and ever changing and has been since I woke up today

I haven't attempted to log in since the update and more than likely wont until Friday when baseball comes back because I don't want to log in and see my balance any different than it should be or I will be stressed! I have been playing at dsi for 10 years and never any issues so I know everything will be great from a recreational bettors stand point once everything is complete with the change! only a few accounts this happened to. Be patient and it should be all corrected shortly. If not, just call them tomorrow and they will fix it

More than the money it is about the security of accounts now, i know we will get our money back as payouts from dsi has not been a problem uptil now, the merge with a D list sportsbook in the form of betlucky is very weird to say the least and even after my account balance is corrected, the thought that i might refresh the page and it would take me into xyz's account is baffling, i have never seen this happen in any book i have bet on and they are plenty, waiting for the balance to be corrected and withdraw the funds, which right now is not possible so even if i had my account corrected it will not matter as the withdrawal system is not working, but yes they have the lines on to place bets, joke.

I think they should shut the site down from any accessibility until the security is implemented. It is unacceptable for this issue of logging in to someone else's account to be reported and overlooked as nothing is wrong and apparently all they keep saying is "just logout and attempt to log in again!" How the F does that even make sense like it is not a big deal or something. Mind boggling reading some of these issues. I would've taken my money out via Bitcoin last week had I known they were doing this big of a change and then I would've deposited again once everything is operating normally. I thought it was just normal site upgrades\maintenance. I hope every issue gets resolved soon
