for all of their faults with how the website is unreliable, i requested a bitcoin payout overnight last night and it hit my account a few hours ago. much faster than 5dimes, higher limits than 5dimes(non exclusive), heritage, youwager.

I have them both Bubba and am trying to be patient with BOL as possible, but I respectfully disagree. Would rather get my bitcoin in 2 days than 2 hours knowing that I can get my last second hockey or baseball play in. If I don't a get a lot of those wagers in, I'm getting a fraction of the payout I would get if I were to try and fail constantly to get into the BOL site.

This is why I stopped playing there. Good book but not understanding the a+ rating considering this issues that to my understanding have been going on for months off and on. I’m on the go so use mobile, and it’s hard enough to login and stay logged in no sooner do you get in if you try to place a live bet your lucky if you don’t get asked to login again. It’s not hard to catch the bad people d dosing etc if you know what to look for and how to dig into it.

I never said betonline was better or its worth it for faster payouts. I was just stating there bitcoin payouts are faster and/or larger than their competitors. You said disagree but I dont think you actually disagree with the fact I stated in that post.

Has anybody ever had this happen to them? Whenever I try to go to the contact us page, I get to a page that says Error 1015 - "The owner of this website has banned you temporarily from accessing this website."

The penetrate is this? My account at BOL is in good standing and I'm not banned there. I just recently made a check withdrawal which they said was sent but I did not get a tracking number. I am trying to go to their contact page to ask them for a tracking number but now I get this crap on the page. Incredibly shady perhaps.

I hope so. They have ignored my emails to them for more than 24 hrs already so there is no way to contact them other than by phone, where they are incompetent beyond all means so I don't even bother with that.

does betonline not log you out/ take multiple times to log in? i have used multiple computers and this happens on all of them. constant logging out is not a problem on my phone.

No, it's been working great for me. As you would expect it should.

Im speechless. It is the only website I use that I have to consistently log in multiple times in order to get logged in. every time? no but it is often enough that is an issue. It is the only website with a password i use that once week on average i actually see my password as i am typing it due to a security glitch. It logs me out often (a lot of sportsbooks do) but sometimes it takes me multiple tries to get back in. This is using multiple computers on multiple internet connections. I wonder what I am doing wrong.

speaking of betonline glitches, i currently have xxxx listed as the amount of my pending wagers yet my current wagers only add up to xyxy. This is nothing new, a glitch that has been with the website for years. Usually corrects itself after a few minutes (though been 20 minutes + for now). And yes it logged me out when i tried to see if it corrected itself

While clearing cookies may help, i should not have to clear cookies every time i want to access the website. its happening again today. the website logs me out after 2 seconds. so i log in 3 times in a minute. it thinks im a dos attack? i got a brand new computer a couple of weeks ago, and the 1st time I logged in, it logged me right out multiple times. So the crux of the issue is not cookies. its a website issue.

Betonline has been a bit iffy since they've fixed their technical issues. Payouts definitely not as smooth as they once were. Customer service still as awful as ever. I have a pending cheque deposit which was made over a week ago that I have yet to get. Will update on its progress.

Are you still having this issue? Similar issue here and it seems to get worse. It logs me out often and totally random. It sometimes logs me out immediately after login and trying to place a wager. I have to try several times to log in before I can successfully place a wager.

yeah its never been fixed. But any mention to customer service has always pinned the blame back at me and the multiple differnt computers and internet connections I have tried to have a smooth experience. So I chalk it up to them not caring or just being clueless how to fix it.

Did you try different browsers? It seems strange that not many similar complaints pop up here. Seriously doubt anyone could live up to this kind of software glitch. Could it be account specific so this problem only occurs to limited number of players?

Im sure I have used differnt browsers but maybe not as much as I should considering how awful it is on chrome.

To test right now i just opened it with micrososft edge instead. It literally took entering my account number and password correctly 5 times to just get logged on. Maybe chrome is worse but this felt no different.

Really hope they could invest some serious money into their betting platform. I tried their Reset password link earlier, and it was supposed to send me instruction via email. 30 minutes passed and still no email received. Could you test it out on your end?

I suspect it is your connections rather than browsers. The anti-DDOS stuff they have implemented is probably repeatedly giving a false-positive on your connections.

Is there any way you can test this idea by using a different connection? If using a computer/modem, then maybe try to use your phone as a wifi hotspot instead. And vice versa if only using the phone, try a computer.
