Rarely can I get betonline.ag to load for me. This has been going on for months despite BOL saying everything is fine on their end. Not sure where the problem is but I'm obviously not going to reload my account until it gets sorted out.

It might be the route from your ISP having a faulty hop in it somewhere.

You should be able to contact your ISP tech support and ask them to check it and set a different route manually if that is the problem.

Lowvig loads but won't accept my account and password. The mobile site won't load. Looks like I have an IP problem like Optional suggested. Thanks just the same.

That's just a possibility. May not be. But easy to check with the ISP

You can also pull up the command prompt and type "tracert betonline.ag" first and you will be able to see where the route hangs if it's the issue.

Try a different browser as well. IE and Chrome don't work with everything for me.

I have the same issue. I had to get rid of them because of it. No point having a book that you can't access 95% of the time.

no idea what you are asking but I don't use them anymore.

I use their sister book sportsbetting.ag which is the exact same site pretty much with none of the issues.

I have never had a problem.I do receive a error mesage. I wait 5 seconds and it loads just fine.

Same issue/message here...When it is fixed and I can get back, I'm withdrawing all of my $$ from there and moving it Youwager as my primary. Got to find a good secondary book now. I wish I could get past Heritage's security check.

the message that comes up, i presume is written by betonline (or whoever hosts the website). I am not a computer expert (neither are betonline IT team apparently) but id assume that when I am getting that message, they are able to have a different message of their choosing written there. They are definitely capable of shooting an email to their customers telling them what is going on. The last time this issue came up, it lasted over a month, so you know, proper communication to the people whose money you hold would be nice.
