You are misinterpreting the word "banned" here. I understand it can be confusing because usually when we say "banned" in the context of sportsbooks, it means that they no longer want your business. That's obviously not the case here. What you saw was an automated message which is thrown when DDoS protection kicks in.

That you are saying is impossible to change. according to you there is no way betonline or anyone they do business with could have possibly changed that discouraging message when attempting to access their website at times yesterday.

BetOnline has made progress toward resolving the performance issues related to the DDoS attack they've been battling since last month, but there are still optimizations being made and they are not yet back at full strength. Part of the process involves filtering and categorizing traffic thought to be related to the attack so that performance isn't affected for the end user, which is why some of you have [wrongly] received the suspended access message. We have relayed all of the feedback in this thread, and ask users to submit a complaint who cannot access their accounts.

Betonline won't log me in, I can't get logged on, keeps saying I'm on a temporarily ban, and I haven't been on the site for a couple of weeks, never used foul language or abused the site other than wagering! They also are blocking the "Horse Wagering Slot," and I ask why?

My bad. At the time I said that, I thought you were receiving the same error that everyone else had been getting due to the site being down. That message would not change.

Yes, I suppose they could change the message that you did get, but I don't see it as being a huge deal to be honest.

That’s a bug that keeps happening intermittently. Just keep trying and you’ll get in. The site isn’t down when that happens.

C'mon that's BS and you know it. Mobile may be down less than the regular site, but it's been down a lot this year. You do SBR no favors when you blatantly lie in attempt to protect a sponsor. BOL, Sportsbetting and Low Vig have serious connectivity issues. Worst I've ever seen.

for all of their faults with how the website is unreliable, i requested a bitcoin payout overnight last night and it hit my account a few hours ago. much faster than 5dimes, higher limits than 5dimes(non exclusive), heritage, youwager.

betonline has been my go to book for the last 3yrs until all this stuff started happening. I just could not continue trying 20-30 times just to get to the page to be able to even place a bet. they really need to get this figured out because they have to be without a doubt losing business and customers over this.
