The Dead Zone with Christopher Walken and Martin Sheen. Great movie about a guy who goes into a coma and comes out with the ability to see someones future if he touches them. One of my favorite, under the radar flicks.

Jackie Brown is actually my favorite film by Tarantino and alot of people have never seen it.

Here's a few little known movies...

Brotherhood Of The Wolf (Le Pacte De Loups) - In 1765 something was stalking the mountains of central France. A 'beast' that pounced on humans and animals with terrible ferocity. Indeed they beast became so notorious that the King of France dispatched envoys to find out what was happening and to kill the creature. By the end, the Beast of Gevaudan had killed over 100 people, to this day, no one is entirely sure what it was.

I agree with those mentioning "The Cooler" - I didn't even know about the movie when it was in the theater but on cable I watched it every time it was on. It's a must see.

I must say... I'm quite impressed with most of the suggestions in this thread. Some of my favorites that people have already named are Sideways, Falling Down, The Dead Zone, and Pump Up the Volume. You can't go wrong with any of those. Another one that I really like is an offbeat comedy called The Foot Fist Way. It's sort of a mix of Eastbound and Down and Napoleon Dynamite. Here's a trailer for it... if you like the trailer you will probably like the movie. If you don't like the trailer... you won't like the movie.
