Better plan:
Move to Key West. Buy a lobster fishing license. Sleep in the park, the weather is mild. Wake up and catch a bunch of lobsters. You just need a net, a stick, a bag, and goggles/snorkle. Sell lobsters to a restaurant, and ask for a job bussing tables at night at that restaurant. You may be homeless but you'll look clean because you've been diving all day, so they'll give you a job. Do this for 5 or 6 months. You'll be living off of lobsters and sleeping in the park but will have plenty of extra money. Sneak into Ernest Hemingway house at night, become inspired, and write a book about your experiences. Become a NY Times bestseller, live it up, and buy that apt. complex in Jax as an investment.Comment -
you 99.9% wont get taken to court. Just a huge dent on your credit report, and for like the next ten years apartments will see you got evicted and 99.9999999999% of apts will not let you sign a lease unless you got a really credible co-signer.
I mean even the ghetto apartments dont want people who have been evicted. It costs a lot of money to get a tenant evicted.Comment -

well if they change my lease to 7 months ill be happy.i just have to rough it from now until april.if they say yes i will have to pay 445.00 febauary and 150.00 50 from nov dec jan so 595.00 which i dont even have right now anyways.100.00 late fee so 695.00 prolly pay 300 feb 1st 300 feb 15th and march 1st ill owe 445.00 +95.00 540.00 and will have to come up with 540.00 march 1st or get another 100 fee fine.640.00 and prolly split it up in 2 payments again and than april my final payment of 445.00 atleast ill get my deposite back 445.00 yes the apartment is in the same condition as when i got it and deposite on my electric bill also.i really hope they change it to 7 months.Comment -

$395 is cheap for an apartment. Just make rent for your first priority so you dont get bad credit.
i highly doubt they will let you out of the agreement. You can sub-lease though.

I am sure that they will honor your request if you pay them the money you owe and give them that dreaded 30 day notice. You could be helping them out too. They may need another apartment open to charge 500 dollars a month to some poor chap.Comment -
i hope they do honor it its 50 dollars less per month and would have to pay 445 +150 febaury 1st and than 445 march and april than the lease is over.so its more than 30 days notice if they honor the agreement.if they say no however than i dont know what ima do.....Comment -
i emailed them and asked them if they can change my lease agreement back to how it was becuase im relocating for work.
febaury is the 5th month im living here.445-395 is 50 for november december janaury ima ask them if i can pay 150.00 tomorrow and sign the contract again for 445.00 for 7 months or until april.than i gotta come up with 445.00 febaury 1st-3rd or pay a 100.00 late fee.first things 1st they need to agree to 7 month lease i need to pay the 150.00 and than get back the 445.00 for febaury march april.lmaoComment -
