so i moved into my apartment last october 1st month was free 445 deposite for 7months contract.i than changed my contract to 12 months in november and the rent went lowered to 395.00 per month.now its going on febaury.i can come up with the 395.00 this month but with all the gambling debt im putting on my ************ i feel im digging myself into a bigger hole.im going to call them tomorrow to see if i can pay 395.00 and than in march pay the 395.00 +50 for november december janauary febuary 200.00 extra dollars to get back on for the 7 month contract.do you think they will accept going back on the 7 month contract.if not i will prolly not pay the 395.00 and just get a eviction notice becuase i dont plan to stay in this apartment to next october.no way no how.if they accept ill have to come up with an extra 200.00 in march and it will work out with income tax and everything else.

If you live in an apartment ran by a corporation, you're screwed and you gotta pay for everything or they will report you.

Well you can get your stuff out, of course, but more than likely they will take you to court which will garnish your wages. In some states, they can only garnish your wages if the apartment is still vacant.
If you plan to run, figure out which is cheaper: The months the lease says you have to pay rent, or what it costs to break the lease .. and do the cheapest one.Comment -
