Bumping of old threads once in a while is fine. But if in the mods opinion it is simply to be disruptive then they are tasked with changing users status to post review. As you can see its a lot busier around here than in the old days. The mods are trying to keep it that way.

i've vastly reduced my bumping of old threads to help the mods keep this place busy
