I'm not trying to sound racist here... or headstrong. The only thing I can think of is the majority of white people hold a position of power. This power goes to there heads... and they do things inappropriately. Most people look up to a person of power... even younger children. So that's the only theory I can think of.Comment -

When it happens in Asian or other eastern culture, the family of the kid would never pursue anything because it is a shame to the family and they would keep it a secret. TTrace, I will post all the references if you want but it will take up a lot of room. These studies are very specific when it comes to gender and age. If it was just young teenage girls it would say young teenage girls. When it says babies and children boys and girls are included. If these people are ignorant enough to think sex with a virgin cures a virus you think they care whether the virgin is male or female?
