Best give it up. You can't get back money that has already gone up in smoke nor can a cop. Crackers hold on for money for about 2 mins until the next rock shows up. You keep saying she's "rough" and that you're glad you didn't screw her because you might have contracted an STD as a result, but you were in the car with 3 hundred bucks ready to go for this exact purpose. You got swindled out of 3 bills by a crack wh0re who didn't even service you. Now, you are calling the cops in hopes of somehow recouping the lost funds which were intended as payment for sexual favors which were never rendered.
