okay well i knew the girl from high school so its not like ive never chilled with her or partied with her before. anyways i went to pick her up, she got in my car, and i could tell that she's gotten into drugs lately. she just had this dirty ass look to her. anyways we drove to a parking lot cause she said her dad was home. she was telling me how she was a stripper and other shit. i decided i didnt want to. she started freakin out and was like what do you mean you dont want to. kept bitching and everything. i drove back to where i picked her up (local deli) and she kept saying tell me why you wont. you were fine with it earlier. she then quickly opened up my center console. grabbed all my money ($300) and ran off. i chased after her, snatched her purse out of her hand. it ended up being basically empty. had a pack of cigs and that was about it. i gave it back and asked where my money was. she said she didnt have it. a car drove by and i asked them for help. i went back down to my car to see if she dropped it anywhere. unfortunately she didnt. i go back up there, the girl got in the womans car and they took off. i ended up calling the police. not sure if they'll be much help. they said they know the girl, theyve dealt with her before. he said hed go to her house. i called two hours after the incident and he said nobody answered at the house. i have to go to the station monday and write out a report on what happened. whats everyone think my chances are of getting this money back. can i get in trouble for this since it was supposed to be over sex? i dont know the legal system to well. help anyone

Just make up a story. She's a prostitute/drug addict. She has no credibility. If your record is clean, they have no reason not to believe you. Just say it was a loan or something and you felt sorry for her because she was crying, but instead of taking just $60 she stole the $500 you had to fix your car.
