    I can't sleep. Please help!
    For the last couple of days I've only been able to sleep for 3-4hrs a night.
    Then for the next 3-4hrs, I'm just tossing and turning and can't get back to sleep.
    I'm healthy and lately I've been hitting the gym hard and eating right.
    Has anyone else gone through this? I need some help!

          Went through that the past week. Took a Xanax bar and crashed for 10 hours of solid sleep.

                yeah bro i have trouble sleeping my self. ESPECIALLY when I am in Vegas... every time I go to Vegas I ended up staying up til 5 or 6 in the morning I'm lucky to sleep til 8am and then I wake up excited heart pounding and ready hit to the casino and sportsbook to make I don't over sleep the early games.


                Best advice I can give is buy some ganja and a vaporizer. If that is not an option maybe try the sleepytime herbal tea. I would not take any pills though especially if you are a drinker not good to mix with alcohol.

                        I am not sure if this works for anyone else, but when I have experienced difficulty sleeping to this degree, I actually try and stay up the whole night, possibly take a short nap the following day, and then I'm usually able to reset myself the next night.

                                          have you stopped taking caffeine? coffee? sodas? when i stopped drinking caffeine, i didn't get that crash at the end of the day so i wouldn't be tired enough to sleep.

                                            Try not thinking about anything when you want to go to sleep. When I start thinking the sleep usually goes away.

                                                          I usually take Nyquil but it will screw you up unless you get lots of sleep. With all these sleep medicines if you don't sleep way more than usual you will wake up like a zombie and with bags under your eyes.

                                                                  I did check my pulse last night and yeah, it was very high. I usually go to the gym when I wake up and I do it hard like I said. So before going to bed, I was still feeling hot and drinking lots of water (over 1 gallon).
                                                                  I took 1 sleeping pill and in 3 hrs, I woke up to go to the bathroom to pee cuz of all that water. Then I pop another pill to put me back to sleep. It works like that and I wake up in 4 other hrs.
                                                                  Unreal!

                                                                  And yup, I don't have pot around here.
