ive done it.... happened because the girl i was planning on going with came down with the flu... instead of postponing i went and drinked non stop and met alot of cool people... it was a cancun resort btw

I'm 19 going to be alone staying at a hostel for 2 nights, in Amsterdam.

Amsterdam is great. You will have a blast.
Hostels are great for meeting people, so you won't be lonely.

yup everything was exceptional.

I've done it, and it's awesome. It's a good way to find yourself, and have the time of your life doing so. You can be anybody you want to be, and do anything you want to do.

Amsterdam is one of safest and coolest cities in Europe, u'll probably meet people at the hostel anyway

I went with some of my friends. One was quite nerdy and i walked out of a shop to see him surounded by about 5 very short black guys. They were trying to mug him in the middle of the day by telling him he had to pay a toll to go down the road. I walked up and at 6'4" ( i was also almost 400 pounds back then) and they got real worrieid and tried telling me the same thing they told him. I took the money from my friend as he was scared and trying to hand it over. A bike cop drove by and all of them took off. We waked away to meet up with the rest of our friends and they sent one guy running after us. I told him to **** off and he ran away. i felt good till i saw another cop driving by and realized thats why he ran away. thats was awhile ago tho. 2003 when i graduated.
