They shut down the outdoor 3 on 3 basketball tournament we used to play up in Rockford. We were the only white kids that didn't get their asses whooped. Took 2nd place and we had a huge crowd of brothers watching our finals game. Then gunshots rang out in the parking garage next to our court, everyone took off running. Took about an hour to resume that game for everyone to come back.

We then played the same group of people about 3 straight years down in Peoria...They were too damn good. Lil jon looking motherfukers. They stopped having tournaments there after 4 years because of fights.

    Fukk gus mackers.

But I do head to Rockford a couple times a month to drop off/pick up stuff from the chrome platers. We went to a few "friends of Jamaica" parties up there, nothing bad at all.

Notice Texas has no cities listed.

We don't allow criminals to overrun our cities or terrorize our families here.

              You are clueless, Mayan.

California's debt is roughly $370 BILLION and growing every day. I'm sure that $6.6B received in unanticipated revenue is really going to make a dent paying down the debt. I'll go one step further and predict they dump that $6.6B into the General Fund and spend it.

Even worse, when you add in the City/Town debts, it raises the State/Town Debt to $2.3 TRILLION with investments and municipal bonds that are rated just barely ahead of those in Mexico, Indonesia and the Phillippines.

$6.6B sounds like a lot of money...but it's like making a $5 dollar car payment on a Lamborghini

I'm not railing on California, just pointing out to Mayan that California is further in debt then he thinks. I live in the Northeast because I choose to, not because I have to.

i think everyone down there is too fat and lazy to get involved in strenuous activity such as crime.

We analyzed 32 data points, and found one clear winner. See if your city made the list

i have been to both juarez, mexico and camden, nj and i would say they are about the same danger level. i am guessing this list is based on cities over 100 thousand or something like that because camden hasnt cleaned up any. shit, they laid off half the police force earlier in the year.

A lot of construction jobs in Texas= non educated people have work= less crime.

who cares. you live in a shit state. lets be honest here, people in the united states don't have any aspirations to leave their home state and move to texas. a person with money in texas is living a very average lifestyle in california.

Is that why there are 3+ million people collecting food stamps and why people pick up with the clothes on their back and head west to Cali??

I've been all over and there is nothing like California living. That's why you always hear about it. It's very diverse though. Northern Ca is nothing like Southern Ca. It's very expensive in certain area and a little less in others. I live in Santa Barbara and it doesnt get much better than the living here. It's all about three things, Location Location Location, you pay for a good quality of life. I can't imagine living in a different State, it's very different and unless you live in CA you can't relate. I'm at the Beach when people are freezing in other states during the winter.

                                                  You can have it.

I get the beach in the summer and skiing in the winter.

I have ZERO interest of living in a state that's so fuked economically like California is. Cali isn't expensive because there is a huge demand to live out there..

Top 100 neighborhoods with high income... Average % of white people per neighborhood is 94%. Crime is almost nil, very safe.

I think it's obvious, the nicer neighborhoods are and cities are majority white. Why is there such a strong correlation between higher % of minorities in an area and lower quality of life/ more crime and violence?

Texas is safe for a few reasons. The gangster's are night and day not as hardcore the thugs from California or New York. More job opportunity's for folks, which correlates to less crime. Despite that, Texas still has one of the highest incarceration in the nation. With most of the crime probably more prevalent the Houston or El Paso area.
