#110[quote=shari91;9797141]If this baloney is true:
1. You can't go to jail for this. Google is your friend.
2. There was a thread about 2 weeks ago about an awesome work from home job. It's the same job that Bobby does. You work in 30 minute blocks, when you want, taking orders on the phone for the Home Shopping Network, Pizza Hut, etc... The money is good and you can work as much or as little as you like. If you really wanted a job and had no clue how to get one, you would've started a thread asking us if we had any ideas about work at home jobs. You would've received several great answers within 10 minutes, amongst the joking ones.
All you do is piss and moan and hope for someone to rescue you. "If only I were a Pro...", "If only someone staked me in my Fantasy Leagues." "Oh no, I had money in a book and I blew it in the casino yet again"
1. The judgement against me wouldn't have anything to do with not paying the CC. It would be CC fraud.
2. I can take orders over the phone , but i don't talk well, main reason i won't go on skype. I saw the thread but see nothing really but laughs
3. yes, i will continue to wish and hope . I only made one post about being staked in fantasy leagues. Only 1. I will make more also. I might even make a tornado thread and i will. I also haven't been in a casino in weeks except once in sbr casino.
4. I'll crack on who i want, if they crack on me first.
5. I did make a thread about home jobs and only thing was surveys and they are like 25 cents for a 30 minute survey with about 200 spam emails. I see nothing in any posts about good home jobs.Comment -

In fact, there is case law to support him.
A California man was issued an unsecured credit line for 50K that he defaulted on. The lending company tried to claim the man committed fraud when he listed his income as 330,000 when in fact he made about 30K per year. His lawyers argued it was a mistake and that the responsibility of determining his income was that of the lender. The judge ruled for the man.Comment -

Here's the thing. I can't believe you are this much of a drama queen. Discover Card is not going to spend 300 an hour in attorneys fees to collect 4K. It is not cost effective for them. They will simply write you off as a bad debt, take a tax break from it and move on.
The collection agency cant do anything to you.Comment -

If an attorney has it then Discover does have something to do with it. They would be the one to sue you. If its in collections they will nag, harass and lie to get you to pay. And yes some will accept $20 a pay or a month. Some won't. If you are working with them you will be surprised what they will accept. Even if they say no some will cave just before you get off the phone. They are paid to get that bill paid off.
And now you can't talk well. There is a lot you can't do for a guy that can do everything, and do it better then anyone else. Your something else.
As far as you getting paid $20 a week, thats BS. You say you don't work so your getting free room and food. And the food supply can't be too bad. So your getting all of that and $20 a week if anything is true.
How much advertising do you do for your online businesses? That $80 a month is enough to advertise on some websites.

#124tried to tell people they are wrong
I now owe the court money, not the company that bought my discover account. They have been awarded 4,302, 72 cents with 213.13 cents interest and 8 percent per annum
I owe the court, not discover card.
I owe 317.19 cents due by march 10th
I will get arrested if i do not pay.
it is treated the same as cold checks here in ky like i tried to tell everyone.
I pay the court, then the court sends it to the people that bought the discover account and won judgement on meComment -
