Anybody Here LOVE Spanish Food??

This shit is fukkin delicious. There is a Dominican spot in Manhattan on W177 and St. Nicholas Ave. The shit is like crack. Rice n beans with roast chicken. And the shit cost like $7. Enough to feed 2 people. They have a bunch of other delicious looking shit, but I dunno what it is. They speak little english, so I just get what I can say. Lol.

Tacobell is not Mexican food it's Americanized Mexican food. I gaurantee you that if you go to any authentic Mexican restaurant you will not find the double decker taco, the Mexican pizza, the crunch wrap supreme, or the fukking flaming hot cheetos stuffed burrito ... Disgusting

Yes, Spanish food is awesome: paella,those spicy chorizos, cocidos, a large diversity of meet - lamb, beef, pork, sea food. You water this down with a nice bottle of Rioja wine. This is Spanish cuisine, not nachos and tacos.

I really like Spanish food especially Spanish cheeses, Manchego, Pimentino, Drunken Goat, Majorejo. Love Serrano and Iberico Hams, but hard to find here in the states and pricey. Had some awesome tiny baby squid, can't remember what it was called, but they were amazing. When I worked at a seafood restaurant, I tried finding them here in the states and no luck. Must have talked to 20+ distributors and vendors.

When I visited Mexico City and Acapulco 15 years ago, the very first thing I had there was a lamb taco from a street vendor. Good.
