    Sleep is important in all aspects.

    I weightlift and sleep is really essential for the muscles to recover and grow.

          Some nights I sleep 4-5 hours, some nights I get to sleep 8-9 hours.

                  I get 6 hours. I use CPAP machine for my sleep apnea..it puts me in deep R.E.M so my 6 hours is very restful. Wish I could sleep 8 hours.
