And yes, I'd become vegan for 365k. As long as I didn't have to eat tofu or any fake meat. I'd rather get my protein from peanut butter.

vegan is abstaining from eating any foods with any sort animal products, ie cheese, eggs, butter, as well the obvious things like meat etc.

i work at a place that serves a lot of vegan food, it is rather delicious.

they have plenty of great sustitutes, just yesterday i had buffalo vegan nuggets with a side of vegan mashed potatoes. not a clue what was in it but it comes close, biggest difference is certainly the texture of the food.

Not eating meat, nor any other animal byproducts. No eggs, cheese, milk, etc. No soup with chicken/beef flavoring. Personally, I don't understand this part about processing soybeans to look like hamburgers, hotdogs, milk, etc. I guess it's kind of like lesbians using dildos. You either want it, or you don't. Make up your mind.
