How many days do you feel like killing yourself?

For myself I would say at least 3 days a week. My life sucks and I am stuck in a pretty deep depressing funk right now making it worse by inhaling Oxycontins. Don't ask me how I still have a good job or my girlfriend. Didn't even shave this morning after waking up in a cold sweat; had some crazy dreams last night.

Feel like sleeping most days.

I know in the back of my mind I hope I take too many Oxys and nod off to some Beethoven; hopefully that will be my last moment

can someone shut down this thread ? The guy can kill himself and bring negative publicity over this site and gambling in general. Mass Media is yapping for 2 weeks about the gay suicides, the last thing we need is somebody shining a light over us and start saying gambling kills people...which can be true but it kills less then the war in Iraq, car accidents or heart attacks...so is not a big issue and I don't want some co*cksucker bureaucrat to come with the "brilliant" idea to close or sue sites like SBR to "save lives"

I'm new to the SBR, but just spent/wasted almost 30 minutes plowing through it. I've got one/two questions for Bateman, are you still struggling with these thoughts of suicide and if so..........what is your current course of action to deal with the problem?

Edit to ask: Are you still "clean"? I saw that in October you were still on track.

If you think you feel bad now, just wait until you hit a dry spell and can't find any oxys. I tried a few of those recreationally about 4 years ago and will never touch them again. If you're inhaling them daily, you are absolutely FUBAR when you run out. Given how expensive they are, that can't be too far in the future unless you are wealthy as shit. Honest opinion here, and I'm just trying to help, but it sounds like you need a short stint in rehab, even if just for 10 days or so to break the routine and go somewhere that you can chill out for a week. I'd look at the calendar, find the next national holiday on a Monday, and plan on taking off the week of work before that Monday. Fly out on the previous Friday after work, tell your coworkers you're going on a cruise, and check in to a facility from Friday night to the Monday national holiday. That's 10 days. Get your head straight while you're in there and then go back to work on Tuesday and tell everyone what a great time you had on the cruise. Depending on where you go, I'd guess it will cost $3-5k. But you'll spend that in two months on oxy's, or hell, JJ spends that in a week gambling.
