A Midnight Global Health Massacre
Life-saving programs, including George W. Bush’s cherished global AIDS initiative, were hit in the latest, harshest round of cuts.
On Wednesday, reports began dribbling out that Secretary of State Marco Rubio had signed off on eliminating 92 percent of USAID grants, around 4,100 of them, with a savings of $60 billion.
On Thursday morning, foreign aid officials woke up to see the details of those cuts. The reaction was justified shock.
Programs that the administration had suggested it believed were worth continuing were now being terminated.
That includes efforts to combat the AIDS epidemic—such as George W. Bush’s famed PEPFAR program—that have been a source of bipartisan pride for decades.

dems logic seems to be an oxymoron. What they are incapable of seeing in the big picture and the slippery slope this is. Denying biology and realty always ends up bad. Like when you allow several hundred people to enter your country illegally. Or when only a few hundred die of fentanyl overdose. Only. Then it becomes thousands. Then it becomes hundreds of thousands. Then its millions. They pass laws saying you can't be charged with a felony if you steal $950 or less. Brilliant idea. Then companies close down and move elsewhere.
Progressives are the dumbest people alive. Most are. They rather see they neighbor be raped and killed by an illegal alien than to stop them from coming in. They rather see some dude win by 50 lengths against women in a the pool but I bet if their daughter was favored to win and inline for sponsorship deals, they would think differently. Fukking assholes!
Why do you think they have men and women compete separately in the Olympics? Its because if they mixes them together, maybe 1% of women would even win a medal. That's not sexist and transphobic. That's reality and some dems seem to be living in some other demission. It's a mental disorder.
Maybe the greatest female tennis player of all time understands this.
