I am sure you are aware of executive orders a president uses from time to time. He can do that because he is the top guy. It might not be law but they do it. Just means the next guy can overturn it.

As far as documents go, it eventually goes up to the guy at the top. The American people voted for him and gave him certain privileges. He can pardon people, commute sentences and declassify documents.

Almost 9 million have illegally come into the country (they expect 4-6 million more by the end of Biden's term, costing another half a trillion), he's fired thousands of miliary people and nurses for not taking an experimental drug, eased sanctions on Iran and these unrealistic electric car mandates.

33 trillion debt on Sept 18, 2023 and it will hit 34 trillion by the end of the year. That's a trillion more debt in about 100 days. This is gonna end bad.

Australia dropped the ball with aid and support to some of our Pacific Island nation neighbours and we now regret it big time as China jumped in to fill the void and now has a strong foothold in the region. Solomon Islands is a big problem now.
