Nowhere on earth is it acceptable to invoke extrajudicial execution as we've been witnessing here.
If they are smuggling drugs, arrest them on arrival at a port which leads to the US market and invoke due process.
And even if they were to be found guilty there is no capital punishment applicable to the alleged crime.
