Just because Biden, or whoever is pulling his strings, is using a resettlement process to bypass congress doesn't make it right. Technically it might not be illegal, but it sure as hell is sneaky. These ideological thugs set up a NGO allowing the US taxpayer to bring in large numbers of people and dump them into poor communities in America. This is all done without congressional authority.
They are taking poor people from one country and imposing them on poor people in another country. Besides the material poverty of these people, there are also radical cultural differences.
